STEPHEN EATONThere was no word lock to get the keys, they were under the drivers seat. There were moving blankets and a hand cart that we did not order and had to move them to the trailer parked next to the truck. Overall, not organized for easy pickup.

Laurie PekowskyThe 2 things I would recommend is the trailers are kept on a small hill and it make it hard to hook them up. Now the second part, it wouldn't be hard if the trailers had Jack Stands on them and this is NOT NorthSide Automotive's fault I have seen other locations and all trailers the tongues are just laying on the ground. This is ridiculous your average person can not pick this up and on top of it it makes it hard on any type of hill trying to hold up something heavy and yell for someone to back up because you can't use hand signals.
DANIEL EGERI was instructed to return it on a Saturday and that no one would be there. Had it back an hour early and a few days later got a call that I was overdue. So obviously the check in procedure on drop off days when no one is there needs some oversight.

The people at the pick up place were vere noce and tried to help. Even though my chat with a uhaul employee confirmed the plrice was suppose to be $143. No other fees.
