They were very friendly and helpful. The girl who did the contract was very informative and helpful and they even sent a gentlemen out to help hook the trailer up to my car.

I don not want to order a truck online again. U haul changed pick up locations, and raised the price. There was not suppose to be mileage fees. The people at the pick up place were vere noce and tried to help. Even though my chat with a uhaul employee confirmed the plrice was suppose to be $143. No other fees.

CS rep was courteous and thorogh.She was new to this process but did very well. Avery nice place with helpful folks. At the dropoff site in Arcadia, the CS person was helpful and came out and checked the trailer and backed it into the place as I am not a backer-upper! Everything went well.

look at the contract and not charge me for turning the equipment in late when it wasn't late, don't make me waste my time calling back for charges that shouldn't have been charged, actually have updated address location on google maps, GPS; refund my money first before charging me for overage on miles instead of charging me twice and eventually refunding my money (supposedly); compensate me for the time and money I have wasted contacting you about the errors YOU made; return my messages and calls

It would be nice to have a larger selection of equipment available at this location and to not be charged for an extra day because they are not open on Saturdays and the equipment is picked up on Friday before they close.

Did not like the fact the truck did not have a full tank. Did not know how much gas I would need to reach my destination and ended up putting in more gas then I needed too. So needless to say I spent more money than I needed to.

Although I would use Northside Auto again for vehicle service, I will not be using UHAUL again. What a nightmare! My reservation was changed multiple times without my knowledge or permission, which caused our base prove to be $100 more then I was quoted. The customer service is unbelievably poor. When I called because I noticed my reservation was changed, the representative had an "oh well" attitude and was helpful at all. My advice to the next customer don't use UHAUL!

This location was extremely helpful. They are the best. Rental equipment was great. The trailer lights did not work at first and the owner tested and found it was a ground fault with MY vehicle which he repaired without charge! That is service beyond my expectation. Great resource.
