Was charged at the site 110. Ran over the miles so I was charged 104.42 for 74 miles when I called to question i was told I would be refunded 33.00. But my bank card was charged 215. More.

Rented a car dolly had one taillight "taped on with black tape" and other one was completely missing. Got pulled over. No ticket but a hassell. Contacted the manager where I got it. He told me to contact uhaul. It's a 3 day process already back and forth... smh

There was no one at this location when I dropped the truck off. I called several times and always got a answering machine no one ever called me back.. I called the following day to check with them still no one answered or returned my call

We picked up our truck thinking we were good to go. Everything was fine until we opened the door to unload. There was a patched leak in the roof and some of our boxes and furniture were wet and damaged. Uhaul reps did not help us even though we paid for insurance. Will not be using this company for any future moves.

Have equipment ready on time. Issue refunds in a timely fashion. (The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.) Overall customer service was extremely poor from start to finish.

The hours on google, on the building, AND on the UHaul website did not match. The individual on the phone did notify me that those haven't been updated but it still was an inconvenience. Truck was dropped off but it would have been better if I was able to speak with someone. Especially since we rushed to get the job complete so that we could speak to a human face to face.

The location we rented from was excellent, as he always has been in the past. I messed up and got the truck stuck in the middle of the road. Reported it to uhaul. Was told 120 minutes and a tow truck would be there. Call uhaul back to ask for an ETA. They state he will be another 45 minutes to an hour. Call back and they tell me it hasn't been long enough to wait another 15 minutes then call back.. ask for the vendor so the officer from the city can call. The officer calls. Tow truck shows up. The guy from the towing company says he was never informed that it was blocking the road or he would have been there at 0430 when we originally called. We were in a deadline that we did not meet because of poor customer service communication. We will never again use uhaul. Our past 3 experiences have been hell.

The employee had no clue what she was doing and she was late opening the store. We were just sitting outside waiting for her to grace us with her presence. I understand people are late sometimes and it is no big deal. However, I could tell this woman did not know what was going on. I received an email the morning before saying my location had changed to this location, but she said she did not know I had a reservation at opening time or she would have been on time. Then, she did some weird thing with my bill and screwed it up. The Uhaul corporate was having issues with it because she did things she was not suppose to mess with. Then, she COMPLETELY DELETED MY ENTIRE RESERVATION! This entire experience was a nightmare. We had a 9:00 AM appointment and did not get all of the parts for my reservation until 12:30 PM....that is ridiculous. We went to a location a mile up the road to get a trailer since it did not work. The second location was so much better and very friendly! Honestly, I would be very hesitant to rent with Uhaul again, it was that awful of an experience! The truck was fine, the trailer did not have any working lights. Everything was clean, but not well maintained.

We rented a 5x8 trailer one-way in GA. It was rented for 3 days. I didn't have an option to choose less. I was told that I would get credit for the two unused days at the receiving location. The person that waited on me said he couldn't give credit. There appears to be a disconnect. I would like a two-day refund. I rented Sunday afternoon and returned it on Monday morning.

Clean the truck out. It smelled horribly of smoke/perfume & wasn't swept out. The cab also smelled & was filthy. It made my husband terribly stuffy.

very difficult to get trailer 6x12 out of parking spot I could not get it returned by 5pm...mover was 2 hours late so i returned trailer at 8:45 pm... i'll be charged for a 2nd day even though there is no way Uhaul could rent that trailer between 5 & 9 pm.

My reservation was for 7 am I arrived at 655am and stayed until about 710am calling U-Haul number. No one was there to give me keys. After using a friends pickup truck and trailer we came back to see if we could get the truck and were told that it had been rented out since we weren't on time to pick it up. So we ended up with a smaller truck. I have used U-Haul and recommend U-Haul a lot but this time is really going to make me think twice about doing using this company again. I'm not sure where the mix up was wether it was the time originally setup or what but that's not cool to have movers setup at 7am with no truck. Not cool at all uhual ??

I dropped the trailer off at night after business hours. 1. I could not use the app to prove I had dropped it off the same day I had picked it up. 2. So on the next business day I called to tell the personnel ""Troy"" that I had dropped it off and where I parked it and told them I had pictures (as required for app drop off). They said ok and they would check it in, but they didn't. Later the same day, I received a call from the drop off location and from someone in Memphis inquiring on where the trailer was and why I hadn't dropped off. After explaining to both, separately, I guess it is resolved.

This may seem very minut but I thought it was worth noting because I've seen it piss more than just one person off. Environmental fee, while it's only $1, is a slap in the face to customers. Just work it into your price. I looked at what the environmental fee covers and there's nothing about the environment that it goes towards looks like it just goes towards your rental equipment upgrades which you should be getting with our money. Anyways I just wanted to vent for a minute if you want to reply I'll read it and give you some more feedback. Thank you have a nice day

We will never use Uhaul again. As of now we have yet to receive our pods though we have the email stating that they are here and will be delivered on time. The phone numbers that are given just give you the run around and never gives you a clear answer as to what is going on. What is the point in choosing your delivery date when Uhaul won't live up to their end. The boxes were packed 3 weeks ago. Plenty of time for them to arrive in the destination on time. I would definitely not recommend them to any of my friends or colleagues
