hassan aWent to drop the truck off. Location closed so I tried to return online. The online instructions said to put the key in the UHaul key return box. No UHaul key return box at this location, so I put the key in the automotive key drop off. Hope it worked out...

BILLY MMy name is Thomas Donaldson and I paid for this truck rental for my Stepdaughter Alicia Burlingame who was moving from Syracuse, NY to Augusta, Ga.. When we reserved the truck we were very clear that we needed to pick it up at the North Syracuse store. There was a reason for this request. It was decided by someone within your organization, between the time after we reserved the truck and when we went to pick it up to have the truck to be picked up at another location. It was also decided by someone within your organization not to let us know about this change. We were quoted for this rental in the amount of roughly $1490 but I was charged $1707. When we finally found the location where the truck was and paid for the rental, I was given a print out but no receipt showing the total. It wasn't until Alicia dropped off the truck was I made aware of the $200+ increase and with no explanation. On route Alicia informed me that the wiper blades did not operate as they traveled through a rain't storm. I asked her to be sure to have this documented when they dropped the vehicle off. Based on our experience would you suggest UHAUL to a friend?
alicia bStop giving reservations for vehicles an trailers without checking if the site ur sending customer to ACTUALLY HAS the wanted equipment being rented!...this is second time I was told to go to one location to find out they really don't have what I reserved an sent some where else wasteing my time running around doesn't make me wanna come back! Other than that I was given great friendly service!
JUSTIN SRentals should be available when the location is opened in the morning not middle of the day hoping a customer returns the rental on time so that I can take it. Very poor planning on uhauls part as this was booked well in advance. You would think everything would be in order the day before not left to chance the day of.
Shane Psomeone actually be there to rent us the vehicle not a tow truck driver. was to get at 9 A.M., did not get till almost 10. tow truck driver had to as he put it, "blow up his phone" to answer his call to find out where truck key was. poor guy didn't know how to fill out forms on vehicle. very unsatisfied

Ann AThe drop box for the key says NAPA, but doesn't say anything about dropping keys off for UHAUL rentals and there is no designated place to park the UHAUL truck.
KARI IThe cargo van we rented from Northern Lights Auto location was great. We had rented 2 from Erie Blvd the experience at that location was horrible. We waited in line about an hour. The 1 order didn't go through as a corporate account and the other 7 rentals reserved all did. We always seem to have problems at that location

CAROL MI was told at my drop off location that I would receive a reimbursement for the 20 mile difference that I paid for in advance. I have not received that payment and my receipt that was e-mailed said that there was a $0.00 balance, with no indication of reimbursement.
JORDAN WI was originally scheduled for a 17' truck, pickup at a closer location for an earlier time. I had no issues with this place, but with UHaul in general and the fact that apparently reservations are not guaranteed, which would have been nice to be informed.
GREG SScott was very pleasant and accommodating. I expressed my satisfaction with UHaul service. I've used UHaul twice within the past 2 months and have been extremely impressed with how professional everyone has been.

DANIELLE ALocation didn't have the truck I reserved. Had to use a smaller truck. Although they did compensate me for the inconvenience, I believe the real problem was with Uhaul reservation services, not communicating to the store properly.
JONATHAN CThe truck had to be cleared of snow. Which ate into the clock of my rental time. Windshield wipers were summer weight. No snow brush. Wiper fluid didn't work so I had to pull over every ten miles to throw snow on the windshield in order to clean it.

ERIC PI must say, that although this is not a 'U-Haul" facility, the representitive was completely professional, friendly, and accurate. It was a great experience and if/when I need to rent again...this is the place I would surely go. Thanks.

richard LThe drop off location was actually not brewerton, but midtown uhaul on erie blvd. the staff was not helpful with storage hours even after they were shown a form that we were sent listing them being open 7-7 mon-sun for storage access. they would also not do anything to help accomodate us or make our experience better. i am also submitting an additional form.

FRED STraffic dispatch was very very rude, and unhelpful. Kinda sarcastic too. Definitely some training on "customer service" would help. I've spoken to employees about traffic, and they concurred.
