We were happily surprised by how welcoming and helpful our staff person was and how easy the whole experience was. We had heard nightmare stories about reserved trucks not being available so were a bit worried. But not at this location. We will absolutely use them again whenever we need to rent u hauls!

Indicate on the rental website that cargo vans are available to rent. I had to call to ascertain that, as it was not indicated on website for location.

The whole experience with Uhaul was disappointing. It was not specific to this location, but rather the Uhaul website that had to be used for after hours check out and check in. It took multiple times to get the website to work. And the credit card processing went down right when we were trying to pay, so we had to leave then come back two hours later to start the whole check out process again from the beginning. To make matters worse, our cargo van smelled like dead fish...horrible!!

I did pick-up on a Sunday, so I had to go through the mobile app. You have to be 18 to drive a U-Haul truck, I am 20 years old, but the representative rejected my license because it was a Junior drivers license even though it clearly stated I was of age, I just obtained it when I was under age. This whole thing ended up taking an extra hour of my time, and I had to use someone else’s license and I was just lucky that I wasn’t alone. And then the miles on the truck were wrong and it would not allow me to change them which caused an issue when trying to drop it off.

I feel that the mileage on the vehicle going out was not noted correctly and I was overcharged. By my own count I drove the vehicle only 28miles. I would still very much recommend Northeast Storage. They have always served me well in the past.

All Employees I dealt with both at the pick-up location and UHaul customer service by were extremely professional and helpful. A suggestion would be to ask customers to cover seats if bringing pets in vehicles.

Pick up was at 9, woman didnt arrive to open her store until 9:20. By that time I had attempted to pick up through the app, that was terrible. After that failed I went into the store to pick up my keys and contract. Got the keys not the contract.

I was overcharged for mileage for a Sunday rental, $0.99 a mile instead of $0.79/mile. I was also charged for an additional 120 miles which I did not drive on the vehicle as well as being charged for renting the vehicle for two days when I only had it from Saturday afternoon to Sunday night. My phone calls were not returned and I had to go into the location personally, where I was told by the woman at the counter that she didn't have my information there. It was on her iPhone at home. Why is my personal information on her personal phone at home? I would recommend avoiding Northeast Storage Corp. at all costs. They are obviously a shoddy, if not downright dishonest, operation. Buyer beware!

This rental experience was ok. My pickup location changed therefore forcing me to change my plans for my move. Also with the location change I ended up going over my mileage because I had to drive further to get to my starting location.

More signage at the location so you know you're at a Uhaul location. We drove around looking for a while. We thought it was part of the airport there.

It is a shame the only survey questions have to do with the dealers rather than U-Haul itself. My main comment is that U-Haul's online booking system has consistently disappointed me over the years - this time the problem was that it wouldn't allow me to put in my personal info (copy of license, etc.) to speed up the process of picking up my truck, plus it screwed up what stuff I wanted with the truck which further delayed things. Also, I think the policy of renting trucks with no fuel in them is very imaginative. It is simple way to overcharge the customer by not paying them for any excess fuel they put in (but making them pay thru the nose if the truck is returned with less fuel than when rented) - I bet that concept got somebody a big promotion. However, your prices are pretty good which is why I put up with the above even though it is pretty annoying - you win.

She was on an errand when we arrived, and then couldn't find the key. It was in the console, in the truck. We lost over half an hour, while she looked for it, and called everyone, before we went and found it ourselves. Give customers what you promised. We reserved a 26' truck, in one location, only to have the reservation moved to another facility, and we got a 20' truck, because there wasn't a 26 footer available. It was genuinely a terrible experience.

I didn't realize until I had taken the trailer home and loaded it up that the tail light wiring harness was cut and the lights were not working. I was traveling in the daylight hours so the running lights were not necessary but the brake lights were non functioning. Other than that the trailer is very well made and worked perfectly for my move.

We rented a uhaul for 2 days but we're charged for 3. When we picked it up the passenger side mirror was held on with duct tape, which quick blew off and the mirror fell off and shattered. Despite those issues the experience with the woman at the desk was positive, she was friendly and knowledgeable.

There should be more supplies available for rent/purchase. There were very few blankets available. Also, I did have a small accident with the truck and reporting it on-line was difficult. Still not sure if I made the report properly.

The person who checked me in and brought me to get the trailer stated as we got there, "I've never hooked one of these up before, have you?" This is not something I would have expected to hear. Thankfully, I had and, frankly, she did just fine helping but it was a little surprising. Otherwise, the transaction was fine and I'd go there again for a rental.
