Prices are way too high! Especially for just one way and the amount of time I had the truck! It was also my easy to get the truck in the morning because of not knowing what needed to be done before I arrived and when I actually got there.
Raymond GI used the virtual pickup via uhaul app. Overall the end result is what I needed but navigating the app was a bit difficult.

ANDREW GI rented a 10' truck months in advance only to be told the day before that all that was available was a 26' truck. You need to do a better job managing your fleet as this is not the first time I've had this issue.

Joanne LTruck I was given had 39 miles left on it when I picked it up. I had to gas up the truck before I even got to my house to load it. Returning the truck in the app was a nightmare. App would close on me after every photo upload and then had no record of my trip forcing me to call to finish the return. Don't advertise an app and continue to push it on hold and have it fail.

Gregory OI was okay with thr overall experience i had to keep truck longer which became a ordeal in itself my original reservation was for Saturday in Malden. I was called Saturday morning and told the keys would be in the The lockbox there were no keys.. That did not help me at all. I had to reserve a truck early in the morning on Sunday when I needed it Saturday night.
Janet FThe passenger side mirror was out of adjustment and so tight that I could'nt adjust if for fear of breaking it. Had a idiot light illuminated on the dashboard. I asked about it for fear that I was doing something wrong. The staff couldn't tell me what is was for and told me to ignore it. Also The pick up office was not marked and hard to find. I needed to call them to find out where to find the office.

Paul DThe van that we received was dirty as there was garbage in the can from the previous individual(s) who rented the truck. It had been cleaned before it could be used, which is extremely disappointing. If we had more time, we would have returned the van for a different vehicle.

Judith BThe billing was way more than expected and not at all clear. I picked up the van at 4:00 PM Friday and returned it at 9:30 on MOnday. I needed it on Saturday. How did this become 3 days? I couldn't return it on Sunday. Climate charge? Honestly?
Bob WI would never again pick up a truck through the app. This location is fine when I have picked up a truck when a person is there, however they have short hours so this time we had to use our phone. It took over an hour and we called bc the app kept bringing us back to home, and the people we spoke to were extremely rude and not helpful. Awful experience!
Donna LLocation is conveniently located, and the person who works there is friendly and helpful. However, when I called there directly, he was unable to quote the terms and price for a one-way rental and told me I needed to call the central uhaul office. The one-way rental includes up to a certain # of miles in the cost, but this varies depending on the city, which makes it confusing if the nearest uhaul location is not in the same city you live in! Overall, the cost was about a third of any other truck and I would definitely use uhaul again!

Michelle MVehicle had change oil lite on . Missing a front hubcap . Van reservation messed up twice and I almost did not have a van . No apology or offer of a discount for my stress and inconvenience. Had rented from this location numerous times prior but new associates are not engaged in customer service. Will go out of my way not to have to go back to this location again.
Tom PIf not for the man at the counter who was friendly and helpful this rating would have been much lower. First, the tire pressure monitor system was broken so I was afraid I had a flat tire shortly after I started my ride to drop off my household items, this let to me having a two hour delay waiting to get a new tire. Second, the switch for the headlights and dashboard lights was NOT in it location not he dashboard but UNDER the dashboard. To turn the lights on and off, you had to be outside the vehicle and reach under the dash and try to locate the switch and turn it off and on. This is EMBARRASSING for U-Haul. Truly disgraceful that you would have a vehicle like this in service.
Paul FI got a pick up truck and it was supposed to be $.49 per mile after i returned the truck, the next day my recite said $1.09 per mile. Rip off false advertising for sure....

Gregory MI am still waiting for a $52.75 refund on my contract 90829259 for $111 plus 49 cents any extra mile over 100. Since 4 extra miles cost should be 113 I was charged over $200 as the location desk must have changed my discounted reservation without my knowledge. Only 43 was refunded so an additional $52.75 is still due to be refunded. Please advise Diane McCarron(978)719.0124 cell
diane mFix your mobile app and thee lease requirements for identifying a person. The need for a passport or 2 forms of contact info or lease agreement or place of business is to much PII and most would not have or should give to rent a service. If that's the set bar I'll be seeking services else where
