The only issue I had was that check in when picking up was slow. The line was long. I did everything I thought that I needed to in order to get in and out. Maybe I missed something?

Lourdes LWarn me what I was getting to and always recommend the bigger one because to use what is posted was inaccurate for me. I should’ve gone one u p and been safe instead I was sorry and I had to do an extra trip which is almost 400 miles one way. Otherwise the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful.

Lakisha BThe ford transit van I got did not have a clear line for how much refueling it needed. It required calculation, as the fuel it initially had fell between the markers the vehicle had. The vans gauge didn't have any smaller markings to help me gauge where it needed to be. No big deal, as I could have taken a pic of the gauge beforehand, and you do offer support with it. But I think that could be done better somehow. Another thing is that confirming the condition of the vehicle, receiving the text, did not work. Pressing continue after seeing all the pictures on my phone, did nothing. Overall I was left very happy. It was easy renting it, the vehicle was in an excellent condition, I was able to rent dollys and pads. And the service provided was some of the best ever.

Maria RI’ve rented several times from this location. Security measures have increased, and it would be nice to know those things prior to arrival to make things smoother. Customer service was exceptional and I would recommend renting here.

nadeem aThat was the most painful experience I will never recommend it to anyone. There was no one at the location to help us and we were unable to pick up the truck we reserved. We had to go to a different location and pick up a truck that was way bigger than we wanted. The poor employees and the other location helped us out and I feel sorry for them because they have to take the brunt of all the customers that U-Haul has pissed off with this location. That is piss poor and bad customer service for U-Haul.

Dan SI arrived to pick up the truck at my scheduled time. There was 1 person taking care of reservations and the line had 4 to 5 people waiting. I was on a tight schedule, so this was annoying. By the time I made it up to the counter another employee was available to assist customers. At the time, I felt assured that the transaction was handled in a professional manor. I was not asked to walk around the vehicle and trusted that the vehicle was clean, with a full gas tank (as it was notated) and ready to drive. My assumption on the full gas tank was a mistake. Being that I was now in a rush, I did not notate that myself. I knew that I would be travelling just over 20 miles Round Trip. I also knew that I was only carrying 1 piece of equipment that was Approximately 500 lbs but not near that weight capacity for the truck. I traveled 25 miles. Prior to returning the vehicle, I stopped to top off the gas tank, assuming that I would be purchasing approximately 3 gallons of gas. I ended up having to buy 10 gallons of gas....TEN GALLONS! If the vehicle used 10 gallons, that would have meant the vehicle has gets 2 miles to the gallon. When I returned the vehicle, the same person checked me in and I questioned him about this. At first, he apologized then asked another employee about the MPG of the small truck in question. The second employee confirmed that that truck did 11 MPG empty and 7 MPG FULL! Not only did the employee treat me as if I didn't know what I was talking about, he did NOTHING for any customer service. An apology would have been appreciated. I was astonished that was completely acceptable to have the other employee be completey honest about the MPG and then be treated as though it was my fault for not checking their gauges. Honestly, I feel as though it was my fault, but even an apology and an offer of a discount would have been accepted. More than likely, I would have refused the offer of a discount...but nothing was offered to even give me the option. Poor customer service and the feeling of being taken advantage of is the reason I will not recommend this location to anyone.

I let staff know when I returned truck and he stated it would adjust. Just really hard to do it. I could not get it to and it was a little scary driving it.

The car just didn't start at one moment, I knew how to get it, but I didn't want to get into someone else's car. I had to wait for an hour and a half for the mechanic. Maybe I wouldn't have lost so much time if the car had been checked for defects. Sorry for the mistakes, I'm using a translator.

Lourdes LThe only thing I can say that. That when I call the location directly the office kept hanging up on me, as I could hear them in the back ground speaking. Then I would be just hug up on, it happen several times. I had to call a different location and that office set up everything for me at the location I needed. However when I got to the location it was easy and the office staff was nice and help full.
