I reserved a truck at the statewide storage facility on walerga and antelope. Two days before my move, they reassigned me to the watt address, which was not convenient for us. U-Haul has lost my trust in that moving is stressful and then to just switch the location, is not a good business practice.

I stared my day at 7am at the uhaul located at 5220 auburn Blvd. turns out I mistakenly set my reservation for 1:30pm. In fear of loosing half the day the associate assured me he could take care of my needs. After a few minutes of looking on the computer, he gave me a few options of other locations I could pick up from immediately. I chose north highlands mini storage on watt avenue. As soon as I walked in the staff was helpful and friendly. I was in and out quickly and with a smile. Thanks to both location my day went from a near disaster to a small speed bump. Nobody likes to move but with uhaul on my team it was a breeze!

I rented a 10 ft uhaul truck online it stated there was one available. When i arrived to the store the next day, the clerk said the site was not updated and she had no truck available for me . She did contact another store and all they had was a 15ft truck. Which i used but i feel i should only pay the 10ft price instead for the 15ft

Customer service on the phone and at Watt Ave north highlands was VERY rude and unprofessional I paid 2200.00 for uhaul and transport -----//// SUPER RUDE staff at Watt Ave Super rude and disappointed at them!!!

I am a 47 year old mover, I've been doing it since I was 17 professionally. I work with emove in the budget program and many others. Generally I don't like your company. I've had some really really bad experience. Not usually based on the quality of your people would have your products prices and policies. This was the best experience I have ever had with your company.

Greetings, I had reserved a u-haul from a Woodland, CA a few weeks prior to moving out of my apartment to ensure that I had a uhaul for my move out date. At that the time the Woodland, CA was the closet place to Davis Ca, where I live, that still had a u-haul available for me to rent. However, they canceled on me last minute and sent me to a location in North Highlands instead which is about an hour drive. Although, this was very out of my way and I was going to have to pay extra milage money, I needed the u-haul so I accepted the accommodation. Because the location was so far from me and there was a lot of traffic I was late to pick up the u-haul and on my way over I received a call saying that if I didn’t arrive soon they were going to give my u-haul to someone else. I believe that this is very unprofessional considering that the u-haul was already reserved for me and I was going out of my way to get it. I was scheduled to return the u-haul at 9 am the next morning however the apartment that I was going to move into was not ready when I arrived which meant the u-haul was going to be late. I called the u-haul place and explained my situation and asked if I could drop it off at a near by location instead of driving it all the way back to North Highlands. Not only did I not want to pay the extra charge that I would receive for it being late but I also wanted to make sure that the next person who needed the u-haul would get it on time. However I was told that they needed that truck to be back at North Highlands and if I did not get it there by 12 it would be a whole 2nd day charge. I did the best I could to get all of my stuff out of the u-haul and into my apartment, that still had wet carpet, to get the u-haul back before 12. However, because it took me a little more than an hour because of traffic to get it to North Highlands I received the extra day charge. Had they let me drop it off at a near by location I would not have been late.   Because of the accommodation that were made on my part I believe that I should not be charged for an extra day. I was already going to pay more than I initially planned by going all the way to North Highlands to get this truck. The extra day charge is unfair. I had to pay additional money for gas and I do not believe that I should be charged for the extra mileage fees. I was trying my best and it is not my fault that UHaul was unprepared.
