Well there is something I didn't like. I made two reservations at other Uhaul locations and neither were fulfilled. If it weren't for Jasmine that helped us via the 800 number, I would have not been able to move my goods. Thank you Jasmine

Was charged for a coverage that I specifically declined. Have not heard back from the company when questioned about such charge. While I appreciate the ease of quick check-in & check-out, the staff did not do a walk-through when I accepted & returned the truck.

Both p/u and drop ladies were excellent! Your app needs help. Antelope U Haul : I used the app to book at UHaul Antelope . I made my apt for 3 hours starting at 0730. I showed up at 0700 for my 0730 p/u . There was nobody there and the gate was locked. I called in at 0730 and continuously . At aprx 0845 the gate was opened by the company operating next door to UHual. I drove in and went up to the door that said Open. I tried to go in but it was locked. In little letters [ unreadable from outside the gate] was a sign that said "On Call" and two phone #'s. The first one wen to message, the second , they picked up. They told me they had double booked and I was the one who would not get my truck. I am guessing somebody should have known that the night before and should have called me. But they let be get up early ,drive all the way over there and wait for nothing. I believe this to be horribly unprofessional and put me in a very bad place. I lost aprx three hours of my day due to this. I think I should be refunded.

Hannah was very rude. She charged me for an extra day but wouldn't allow me to use the truck for the day I was being charged for. She also charged me for insurance at 28.00 per day and I don't see how she can do that if I'm not even driving the truck. I will be disputing this charge. If the truck is being parked and stored at your location why should I be charged for insurance? It doesn't make sense to me. I was exactly 3 hours late. The same amount of time I had to wait for a tow truck to come and change the tire that blew out before I even left the state of Oklahoma. I really feel like Hannah was charging me unfairly. Is that the way you treat a customer who had to wait for a flat tire to be fixed in the middle of nowhere with her young grandson ? I don't think so. I have NOTHIN GOOD TO SAY ABOUT UHAUL IF THIS IS THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS. HELENA FUNK

We had issues with the 65th street site. Truck not returned on time, put on hold forever and we were planning on starting at 7, using the phone check in. We had to wait until 9, when the store was open. I called and they transferred me to Fremont. 😱 My daughter-in-law contacted North Highlands and they were AWESOME. Said they had a truck available and they would hold it until we got there. Hannah was courteous, cheerful and apologetic. I would drive out of our way to use North Highlands again. Thank you Hannah!!

Driver n passengers side looks clean but I dont really know how clean it is with my naked eyes 🤗I'm am hopeful they use good quality Germicide product especially of the pandemic Covid -19 going around these moments.

After being told to drop off a truck at a location that hasn't taken trucks in over 2 years, the new drop off location rushed out to meet us and restored my faith in Uhaul. After everything we went through, she was kind enough to waive the fuel fee. The whole drop off experience at this location was quick and painless.

I was not happy that the van I rented did not have a ramp. I couldn't believe that all the vans don't come with a ramp. It was difficult for my son in law to lift my washer and dryer onto the back of the van. The lady that checked me in was very nice and professional though.

Staff was great. Loaded the car dolley for me in less than 5 minutes was on my way. I arrived to return 45 mins before they opened and they opened gate and unhooked me and was on my way even though they did not actually open for 45 minutes. Best service ever had...thank you... Jerry

I had never been to this location. I had passed it a couple of times but never stopped in until it came up under my zip code when I was moving. I think I saw a total of two people working, not sure, but they were very efficient and handled everyone. I got a call the day before confirming and letting me know what to expect. Due to COVID-19, we all stood outside, with well marked boundaries and they checked us out and got us on our way. Fastest check-out ever. On my return someone came to the truck and checked me in. I would definitely use this location in the future!

I had made reservations to pick up a vehicle and Rancho about 9 p.m. or 9:30 p.m. I had a very hard time the online didn't recognize my photo didn't match up to the photo ID or driver license it was that mess very big complication very scary when it's just two women out there and it was very dark thinking that everything would have been reserved and go smoothly and said it was a nightmare

The back part of the u haul was clean. But the cab of the uhaul has muddy foot prints in the driver seat. Did not like how the exhaust pipe to the uhaul was bent

Staff was nice and helpful. But the Vehicle was dirty outside and inside. There was cat hair on the seats. The cleanliness was concerning especially with everything going on these days. When vehicle was returned I was in a rush I left before telling staff.

The Trucks steering was dangerously loose, drifted badly. Also miffed they charged $7 for dolly which wasn't clear amist the lengthy online covid reservation process which everyone just wants to get through at that point. It shouldn't be in the truck if it's not included, this is pencil whipping and very cheesy to charge for a dolly, shame on you.

Limited location hours, with no after-hours drop-off allowed. Rough neighborhood presents obvious security concerns which were also shared by the location staff. Limited equipment available. Personnel were pleasant and professional. Although, area manager (working from another nearby location, I believe) was overly assertive/bordering aggressive in securing/safeguarding the truck still in my possession only a very short period of time after the scheduled turn-in time. I am a fairly regular renter in the sacramento area as well as in my home state of Iowa, and I was in contact with the renting location.

Maybe make sure people know its no smoking. Or make a rule no smoking in trucks. I got the last truck and she called when someone else came in for it so very appreciative and didn't really have an option, but it reaked of cigarettes and old man cologne.

The service took a while and I was unable to speak to anyone, since they stayed behind theur door. The equipment seemed fine, although the inside of cab was not clean; full of little rocks. The window had writing from a prior renters campsite use, which I had to explain at drop off. I was also quoted different mileage in my reservation than was written into my contract. Even social distancing should not preclude a business from giving basic courtesy and the chance to ask questions.
