When I checked in online, I received a notice that the equipment I reserved was unavailable. Upon calling Noone’s, I was told they had a bigger truck available, for a higher cost, of course. Having no choice at this point, I agreed and went to pick up the truck. One of the men at the station was beyond rude to me. This location is horrific. Will never rent from here again.

I reserved a 10 foot truck. I got there and they only had a 20 foot truck. I expected to get the same rate as the 10 foot truck I reserved. $19.99 @ $.69 gas mileage. Only took $3 off my bill. They didn’t have any other trucks but the 20 foot one. Not sure why this is a uhaul location of there are no uhauls.

I wouldn’t use the Kingston one Bad service. Promise us a truck for 7-27-19 for 7am no phone call no email that the manager of the store forget to put an order in and gave the truck promise to use to someone else we had to wait for the Dallas store to open at 9am Not good customer service

I’m very disappointed that this was not a review of U-Haul. The location has done wonderfully. The company is horrible has no concept of customer service I spent nine hours on the phone online and on hold while being disconnected seven times to not have a problem resolved.

When I placed my order with UHaul, I scheduled my pick up for Exeter, PA, when I received my confirmation it was for Dallas, PA. After picking up the truck, my wife went to the UHaul store in Kingston, PA to pick up some supplies and she asked if they had any 15' trucks available and she was told that they had 3. i'm confused as to why I had to drive all the way to Dallas to pick up a truck when there were many available at a closer location in Kingston.

We dropped the truck off after hours on a Sunday. Tried to call the number listed on our contract. No answer & no answering machine. No designated key drop off marked for U-Haul customer so weren’t sure if it was ok to drop key in the regular service station key drop, which was the only place to leave it, so we did but we were left feeling unsure

The service should worry more about the customer and being helpful and not taking their time coming in from the auto shop, making the customer type the info into the computer, anwsering the phone for personal calls telling their friends on the other line people are coming in and what bar they might make it to later. They could also be more enthusiastic about explaining what is and is not covered and helpful with the rental agreement not reak of pot explaining things 10 words a minute.

Milton was amazing at attaching a trailer. Absolutely the best customer service I have seen at any Uhaul dealership. They should used to teach the other dealerships.
