I originally rented this equipment from the U-Haul on Marcella Street in Kimberly. Without saying the reservation was moved, it was just listed in a text message to me without a clear indication that the reservation location changed. Shame on me for not reading carefully. Shame on U-Haul for not being more explicit. If you move the location of a reservation, say something like â€œthe location has move toâ€¦â€Greg H.

The live person at the location was VERY helpful!! They get 5 stars, all the way! The mobile app check in was a NIGHTMARE!!! It took WAY too long to get through the process, I had to put my credit card info in 3 different times, which to me is a security risk. I will NEVER use the app again, for a rental!!Sara C.
She was amazing, very helpful, and informative. We usually have problems when we rent through U-Haul but she made the process easy and quick. The women that was working went above and beyond to make sure we were set up PERFECT! I forgot my gloves at the store and she put them on the windshield of my car with some chocolates so I had them upon return! And as cold as it was that night I definently appreciated that and the chocolates after the day I had. First class 5 star company that's for sure!Nicole G.

This is not a review about Noltes, but Fox Cities Errands and More (634 W Airport Rd, Menasha) where my original reservation was made. Showed up at the location promptly for the reservation time. The business was closed, despite specifically asking for in-person reservation during their regular hours. I had to call uHaul who told me they'd get in touch with the business using their â€œspecialâ€ numbers. UHaul representative informed me that despite trying multiple numbers, no one at this location would pick up. So I was forced to head to a different location to pick up my truck. Would never recommend picking up at this location!!Nicholas L.

There was problems with the computer had to run my card through twice then they checked the mileage and it was actually off from what they had printed next day had to go back there with my debit card and they had to do it all over again then I look at my bank account and they had a charge of $66 pending and another charge of $73.33 pending we only rented it from Wednesday the 16th to Thursday the 17th we did not even have it 24 hours and we put on 18 miles so they took out 49 98 then I disputed the $66 one they took that one off but now the 73. 33 is still pending if it's only 20.00 a day for not even 24 hrs plus mileage (18)there is know way it should come to 73.33!!!!it seamed like there was alot of computer problems when using a debit card might want to fix computertony M.

Improve the business originally reserved from, Marks Garage Memorial Drive Appleton. Person at desk was rude and claimed didn't have â€œ that type of equipment â€œ, there were eight ( 8 ) trucks sitting there. Watched all weekend not one left, either someone doesn't want to fulfill reservation and does not want the u-haul license either. Have a word of inquiry with them!Dean B.
I rented a dolly with my order to show up and it's not there. The lady who checked me in barely knew what she was doing and didn't tell me anything minus that they didn't have dollys and handed me two keys for me to figure out which truck was mine. I spent 30 minutes to go get a dolly from a different location so I could move my stuff. Now I'm seeing a ridiculous amount of charges on my credit card and only half of them match up with receipts that have been emailed to me. So somehow I have $70+ worth of charges that aren't explained? Not impressed with this experience. I also didn't receive the link for the equipment condition until I was done with my uhaul as well. I picked it up at 9:30am and returned the uhaul around 2pm. I got the text at about 1pm and didn't see it since we finished up.Brittany V.
I can't remember his name but the person who helped me when I was there was extremely helpful and if I needed similar services I'm the future, I'd likely choose U-Haul again because of him. I would recommend the location I visited to anyone in need of a moving truck.Dalton B.
