This location is a typical vehicle repair and towing location, so as such it is not the cleanest most modern location. But the service was fast and friendly. Pick up and drop off was easy and the billing was accurate. I would come back again.

I have been to several uhaul dealers in the area. Typically they are rude and disinterested in the customer. If you look, you will see most of the uhaul dealers in our area have bad reviews. This location is the best I have found. Chuck was personable and patient. I will be renting here again for sure.

My personal credit card was put down as a hold for the vehicle, letting them know I would use a business card to pay for the rental. Unfortunately our rental was cut short so when I wanted to settle there was an issue removing my card. I talked to Shane on the afternoon of 11-27-2019 assuring me the charge hold was removed from my personal card. Low and behold, now it shows the whole amount of $2300 plus was charged to my personal card. How is this such a difficult task?? I have done that at hotels many many times without issue, it isn't hard to switch from one card to another but you found a way to screw it up.

I reserved a truck at the Oshkosh location for Sunday 11/17 at 10:30. The truck was not available so I had to go to Neenah to pick it up. It was not available in Neenah (I found that out when I arrived at the location). Then I had to go to Appleton to pick it up. It is such an inconvenience when you are moving to have to deal with issues like this! I am expecting a refund since I was charged for 2 days and only used the truck for 1 day but I’m sure that will get screwed up too.

The van was completely filthy when I picked it up. The whole back had dirt/light mud in it. There was a screwdriver and a piece of broken glass in the back as well. The entire floor of the cab was also dirty, even the large part between the seats where dirty shoes shouldn't have been. It looked like someone took water that had mud in it at one point and spilled it all over the floor. I had to clean the area between the seats so I had enough clean floor space to put my laptop bag, duffel bag, purse and coat without it getting filthy. Other than the cleanliness of the van, everything else was great.

Only thing that I didnt appreciate is the charged my card for a 100$ when it should have only been a hold! Now I have to wait a few days for a refund to my card!! When I called 180gohual the customer service lady was EXTREMELY RUDE!

I would have rated this location much higher EXCEPT I just received an e-mail message that I was charged a $21 after hours drop fee when I clearly did NOT drop after hours; I dropped at 10:24 am and specifically chose this location because of their hours of operation which includes weekend hours. Why was I charged this fee? It was charged without swiping my card, rather using information on-file in my reservation folio. RIP OFF!

I didn’t have a phone and contacted live person at the 920-733-2621 number provide and let her know I placed the key in the end tail Pipe today I called to see why my card was attempted to being charged over $200 and it’s because they copied a key they didn’t have to. Key is still in tail pipe. Didn’t push key deep in it was right on the end and I will not pay for a cut key when it was unnecessary

We were told to go to the first location in Appleton WI and the trailer was not there. We had to go to a different location to pick up our trailer. I ordered boxes and neither location had boxes. I had no problems with the locations, just UHaul in general. I will never rent from UHaul again.

I will never utilize this location again for anything. The staff is incredibly rude, and were not helpful at all. They ran my contract and charged me a cleaning fee before the day was even over, over some plastic bags that were in the truck when I picked it up. Extremely awful experience.

The vehicle was well maintained but not really clean. Though it was serviceable. I used the smartphone check-in and it went smoothly besides the missing furniture dolly. There is something lacking in the process. Either don’t offer smartphone check-in when other equipment is rented or have it in the vehicle ready to go.

Drop it off on a Sunday evening, so no one was around. One person was able to provide good instructions over the phone before dropping off the trailer

The trailer had a busted tail light. I had to drive across the state and back with a taillight out. Outside of the taillight, the trailer/equipment was in good working condition.

The van I rented had not been cleaned after the last person had used it. They had left piles of garbage and even a cell phone in the cab of the van. I really wanted to give this location a 5 star review, because otherwise, they were friendly and helpful.

The customer in front of me had huge difficulties with his 2 trailer reservation. I waited over a half hour due to this. All due to uhaul computer glitches. The guys at Nolte's kept a sense of humor about it and were professional.

Check-in was easy, and drop of was simple using the key drop after hours. Truck was a little beat, but to be expected considering what it was for. I drove 200 miles that day and it drove fine on the highway. MPG was better then expected at 14 mpg. This was a 10 foot truck.

I signed up online and declined the extra insurance coverage, and declined the dolly in person. A friend loaned me a dolly the day before the move. I was charged for both the insurance I declined, and the dolly I never took possession of for my move. There is no problem with the rental place. I'm more frustrated with the communication between Uhaul online, and the store. None of the apps, website, or in store people had the same information.

The Truck was good. There were two minor things wrong. The Drives door rubber molding was loose and would fall off. Also, the passenger side Mirror was rusted so I could not move it. I was afraid of breaking it.

We were given a different drop off location across down for drop off when we got there no one around so we had to use the lock box for key which didn't work I called and let them know we had dropped off which was a different location again and asked for a call back with cost and have not received that or a email with a bill of the completion. This is not the way I perceive a big company like Uhaul to operate. Not a happy customer at this time.

Everything went well at this location. I was very disappointed that 3 other locations said they had no trucks and were "unable" to check other places. Safeship on Van Roy road is the only place that was willing to locate the uhaul we needed and reserve it for us.

Getting out of the lot with the trailer attached was a bit tight. The trailers were stored on a grassy area next to the parking lot. Having better access to the trailers with a bit more room to maneuver in the lot would be helpful. This wasn't a big deal, however.
