This location is short of staff, I was waiting in line for 15 minutes.

Make sure the back of truck is swepted out there was glass all over I had my son swept it out ...it happens other then that excellent customer service and the fellow took his time to ensure my windshield wash fluid was filled up I wasn't sure Ty so much I will use this location n recommend it !

Had to go find the truck in their lot, scrape the ice off the window, get my own blankets from their storage area and that was a complete mess with garbage bags tossed all around the place, blankets were not folded or organized in any fashion at all. When I dropped the truck off the same guy that I get the truck from the previous day was too busy for me so he said to leave the key for him and he would close the paperwork off for me, well after two phone calls to the main customer service department and apparently a call to the area manager the account was closed 4 days later and there is a balance owing to me and yet no call to me how to get this back ( I have used another truck from U-Haul and had that refunded put back on my card before this one was even closed) Not a good experience at all.

I was unable to get the 9' van but a representative called and set me up with a 10' cube and it was close to home. The Rep at the pickup place was super friendly too! Great experience!

The trailer I was assigned was behind other units which needed to be moved by hand to gain access. There wasn’t enough room in front or between to access which made it extremely difficult and time consuming.

Got scammed. I did not the pictures before and after I returned it. Single way was 40 KM, they charged me 77 miles with $2.09/mile. Don’t recommend this location to anyone unless you know how to deal with the Indians

The office is in a semi trailer…accessible by stairs. I have a disability that isn’t stair friendly. Signage if there I didn’t see it, luckily saw all the trucks.

It was good but we would rather have dropped it off at Hawkwood location. Extra gas and miles on both ends. Not great.

Gas was on empty (23 to empty), but the contract asked for a quarter tank. I overpaid for mileage (about 30 miles extra). Person I talked to was extremely rude and was trying to brush me off. It felt like a scam. Worse U-Haul experience I’ve ever had. Terrible service to the point I feel ripped off. Cannot express how frustrated I am with words. I plan on calling in at some point when I get a chance to formalize the entire experience. Terrible customer service and even worse billing process. I was ripped off.

i made a reservation for Airdrie they moved my reservation to here instead literally 3 minutes before i was about to pick it up in Airdrie. this Calgary location is a dusty gravel parking lot with a shit hole of an office. there wasn't sufficient street lighting to be able to see where to park the trailer when i was dropping it off. and the trailers should have jack stands on them i hurt my back trying to lift the trailer off my hitch. all around complete garbage of a setup.

Was overcharged for mileage and fuel luckily took a picture of mileage and fuel before and after returning. Things happen which I understand but dealing with the employees at this location is a nightmare. Terrible over the phone.

Prior to picking up the trailer, I had to clean it myself using a brush provided on site. The interior was dirty and contained a significant amount of sand and gravel.

I had rented a cart but when I opened the back there was no cart so I had to lift everything by hand plus move it all in to the new apartment. I moved myself so quite an unpleasant experience which took far to long.

This location is better than average for a U-Haul. The office is in a truck trailer, but the selection is impressive. I recommend this location.

The uhaul corporation seems to thrive off of the less fortunate. They take advantage of and scam their customers.

I did the mobile pickup which was great. It's a little bit of a treasure hunt trying to find the lock boxes and things. I'm glad I did the mobile pickup because the line inside was extremely long. This location as far as UHaul locations go is better than average. The cost of rental was very expensive though, it seems like false advertising saying $19.99 per hour per km, when I used it for a morning and it cost $100.

I have no idea why I need to go to place A to get a truck and go to place B to get a trailer even place B have the same size of truck to rent. And I have to go place a to pick up my car. That is no acceptable!

Deck trailer ordered and staff confirmed Arrived at Nolan Hill and no trailer. The trailer had been delivered to a NE location. The only dolly available. We had to spend over $40 to get new hitch reciever balance of the angle would Crack bumper. Now see ad that says the reservation is guaranteed or you give us $50. And $50 was not offered. Please at least refund us the $50.

The guy was nice and the location was spacious, I don’t mean to give him a hard time. But the equipment was dirty. I had to spend an hour pressure washing the inside of the trailer and still ended up with grease on my furniture and on the walls of the new place. Furniture pads were packed with dust and sticky. I’m expecting someone to call me and offer a partial refund.

Make sure you point out previous damage. I took pictures before I left but was worried sick I could be blamed. The attendant was very understanding and good to deal with but the damage creates unnessary stress.

I did not drop off the rental in Nolan Hill, but rather in Wiarton Ontario. After hours, on Thursday September 3. I was in touch with the manager of Bluewater RV prior to dropping off the unit and she made it easy for me to make that possible.
