No one was there to help in any way, a day after I dropped it off I got an email asking why the equipment wasn't dropped off when it actually was on time with more fuel than I picked it up with and still hasn't been proseessed as of 11:15 pm Tuesday night the 17th of may . I will never choose this location again nor recommend it to any other customer for pick up or drop off !! I believe that this location needs to be re evaluated as a qualified uhaul connectionDennis N.

This was the absolute worst experience I've had with a Uhaul. I drove 2 hours from Orlando to Port St Kucie to pick up this truck, only to arrive on time to find out my truck was not ready. I was delayed 3 hours in getting my truck to which I had to spend additional money to Uber to Ft Pierce to get my truck. This ultimately resulted in me finishing my move at 3am due to this delay. I can begin to express the amount physical stress and burden this caused on myself and my wife. On top of this uhual did not honor the rate I was quoted initially, they charged me $130 over what I was originally quoted. Afterwards, I waited 40 minutes on hold to file a complaint with a manager at Uhaul only to get told that I would receive a call within 72 hours which I never Received. This was absolutely the worst experience. I will continue to fight the $360 that they charged me in total, as I was unjustly treated.Marcos P.

The pickup location itself was not clean or well maintained, but staff was kind and helpful. However the whole pickup experience was terrible. I had flown to Florida to drive a truck back, and had no other option. A few hours before I was supposed to pick up the truck, the location owner called me and said he didn't have a truck; beyond that he was unwilling to help. I had to spend three hours frantically calling around and trying to find an alternate truck, being transferred from region to region because apparently the computer systems don't interface. I'm still waiting for my "truck availability guarantee" refund.Meg O.

Do not go to this location. There is no one to talk to and only has a key drop box. This was assigned as my drop off location and I called the number that was given on my receipt to get a hold of someone. They are unable to accept the large 26ft trucks!! Wish uhual knew about this before assigning me that drop off location.Karen K.

The return business was closed 1/2 hr before closing. The online return app didn't function to complete return. I left key in lockbox and it has been one week. I am unable to contact locally to get closed status to an active account. I had to contact corporate and after a 50 minute hold and 10 minute conversation I think it is resolved. Grr.BEVERLY H.
There was nobody there The door was unlocked. There were truck keys just sitting on the table for anyone to take. The person who is in charge sends someone who doesn't know what he is doing because she couldn't be bother to leave her house knowing she has open reservations. In a professional stand point.. this company FAILED. 1. Does not answer phone for business 2. Did not give me a copy of contract for road travel.. it delayed my work.. I texted and called several times.. no response.. I had to wait 20 minutes on hold a Go -Uhaul for a representative to email me the rental agreement. 3. Sharon returned my call and text next day.. regarding my request for my rental agreement papers.. always the same excuse.. she had to pickup her kids.. decide..are you running a business or giving me the run-around.. 4. Whwn asked by Sharon how I adjust the mirrors on the Van, she said with your hands.. she has no clue that they can be adjusted automatically.. no knowledge of equipment. features or benefits. 5. Oil indicator was low.. inside van was so.. so.. just flipped, no wiping down, tissue paper was inside the side door panels.. so much for COVID cleaning. 6. No Printer at this location, I did not want an email copy..I was told I would have to wait until the next day so she can get it from the field manager. 7. Please Call Me.. 561.255.994 Gail Borgardt. I want to speak to a Supervisor immediately, not from a phone call center.. they were not helpful, they have no command of proper English, cannot read properly. I'm VERY disapointed.. Overall, the worst UHaul experience. I went online did a reservation well in advance. I got to the location only to find the place closed. Called the number. Sharon was nice enough to return the phone call and said that the reservation I made could not be fulfilled because the A/C was not working on a brand new van. She said she reported it to Uhaul, the guy came out Wednesday/Thursday to fix, but was unable. She said Uhaul was to call me and notify me, but no one ever did. So my question is what is the point of the reservation if there is nothing to reserve. On pick-up day, I called the 1 800 number only to be on hold for over 30 minutes. After a couple of customer service agents, I was told no trucks available with no resolution. I asked Sharon if I could use the van with no A/C, which she had to verify with Uhaul to see if that was allowable. I was allowed to rent the van with no A/C. On Sunday I attempted to return the van, but again the place was closed (understandable on that one.) I attempted to use the mobile app to return the van, but the GPS location would not connect with Uhaul despite following your instructions. I called the 1 800 number and waited over 45 minutes. I took pictures of the truck and left it there. I have always rented with Uhaul (with the exception of once cross-country travel. This is, by far, the worst experience ever. Little to no customer service in this situation. I hope someone reads this and calls me to tell me why someone should bother to reserve and rent from Uhaul if the reservation is no good. Why it takes so damn long to get someone on the phone, and why I should recommend anyone to use Uhaul.EULISES M.
The location was hard to find. There was no noticable signage to indicate the store as there were no trucks in front. The truck was filthy and had what looked like blood inside the truck. We had to clean and sanitize the entire inside of the truck before use. This location is clearly not practicing the proper cleaning and sanitation guidelines.Michael T.

The truck was dirty. It had less gas then what the attendant noted and she charged me for gas when I brought the truck back with the same amount of gas it had. When I went to return truck, the business was closed during normal business hours. I called the attendant and she told me to park the truck there and leave the key in rear of the truck.Michael C.
