Great service. The truck was clean, friendly service, and was able to get the truck fast.

If a customer reserves a rental truck and in the morning he shouldn't be told to pick up at another location with the correct time to pick up. I was told I could pick up the rental at 12:00 pm 1/31/2020. I called and was told the person who took care of rental at the pickup location did not come in until 3:00pm . I went to pick up my retal and the store/U-Haul rental was bad.

Location in a poor area and the Uhaul rental was done over the phone at a run down convenient store. I had to hook trailer up and had to figure it out. Horrible experience.

They are dishonest. They were not there when I dropped the Uhaul off and when I kept calling to need the trip they over charged my deposits saying I over did the miles when I took pictures of the speedometer and it clearly said I had 42 miles remaining out of the 299 we purchased. Bad business.

Very scary location, difficult to park, didn't feel safe.

While there was no actual problem with the rental, the location is a gas station on the far side of town and the rental agreement is done over the phone. I was not entirely comfortable doing the contract over a phone instead of in person. Otherwise the rental was fine and the equipment was clean and functional.
