For some reason, although my reservation was valid for that location, the group didn't see it. But they were able to provide a suitable trailer that worked and really no issues. Super friendly and helpful.

Philip M.We had tried to rent a 15ft, were told a 20ft was the only option and ended up being switched to a 26ft the day before. Way too big for what we needed. Considering a smaller 15ft/20ft was sitting there not used between when we picked up and dropped off. Also the trailer had dirt and a sock just laying in the back.
