The staff onsite in Newago did a great job: efficient, friendly, well prepared. The gentlemen in charge took a newer member of his team out to the trailer to show him how to prep a trailer for a customer. I appreciate seeing this as I know how important it is to train staff.
I had some snafu's on the tech side but believe I shared that with customer service.
Will rent a trailer from this location in the future, no question.

only issues were payment system, return system, & rating systems don't work well if you don't have the app on your cell phone. As a result I checked out the truck at 11;30 & had to wait for my movers as they didn't receive payment or payment code. Or verification if they got the job. I have had trouble with the rating service/tip service before, but had an overall good experience.

Since we had several inches of snowfall, I spent 30 mins of my allotted 6 hours sweeping snow off the cab and chipping ice off the gate to enter the back storage space. That was annoying.

I had arranged to pick up the trailer from the Fremont , Mi dealer. I even went into the Fremont MI dealer the day before to confirm. The Newaygo location personal forgot to deliver the trailer to Fremont the evening before. I had to drive to Newaygo to get it myself. Not what I planned or asked for (Oct26). On Sat, October 29 I reserved a truck for the day. I was to pick it up in Fremont, Friday evening. Friday morning the U Haul Regional office calls and wonders why I have not picked up the truck Friday morning. They inform me that my rentel is for Friday and the truck must be back by Saturday morning for another parties rental. I changed plans and completed the move Friday. Nothing went as planned or as reserved. We completed the move. Not your finest work

Everything went well. I do not rent that often, but this was a pleasant experience.
The employee that hooked up the trailer did a thorough job making sure everything was safe and ready to roll. He did a good job.
Same employee took it off my pickup when I brought it back and he was quick and off we went. Very satisfied.
