The only complaint that I might have is that I had the uhaul for 4 days. However I picked it up Friday at 5pm and dropped it off Sunday at roughly 2pm. It would have been nice to receive a discount for the 2 days that was remaining
james jInitially when I booked the trailer I was renting online I had given my credit card information. When I went to pick up the trailer not only was the representative from U-Haul not on location but the person at the gas station had no record of my reservation. Reluctantly I was given the trailer after producing the emails I had received from U-Haul when I booked online. Later that day a representative from U-Haul contacted me for my credit card information as well as to fill out additional forms. Beyond the inconvenience of dealing with a representative after the fact, what was the purpose of me filling in all the information online including my credit card information when it was absolutely useless when picking up the trailer?

ROXANNE GI rented the truck to pick up few things but the tires on that truck is junk. I couldn’t go anywhere and couldn’t collect my stuff from the places. And paid for 30km but I didn’t use the 30kms but they charged me for 30kms. Totally disappointed and wasted my money for nothing

John aFirst, the pickup of the truck location was moved from the Chatham location, and the truck was uncleaned and it added several more Km to my route. A) I have no idea why they wanted me to drop off my tow dolly here New Liskeard ..when there is a U-Haul basically just down the street from me. @ Swastika .. B) the U-Haul corporation would not let me return the truck at my LOCAL U-Haul(Swastika), even though they had NO 2 wheel tow dollies and no 20' trucks! Anyone who wanted a tow dolly or a 20' truck would be forced to travel 150km to New Liskeard! Then.. I was charged for over milage.. because I couldn't return it to my LOCAL U-Haul. Want to guess how much over milage I was? .... 150km!

Michael SI had a hard time finding the key drop off box so the employee took it from me. There was ample parking in the back but there wasn't any parking in the front.
Shelly PNo improvements necessary. The location is great, with lots of area for maneuvering a large moving truck. Also handy that it is at a gas station. However, there was only one staff person there so they couldn't leave the store to check the truck's condition (had the right amount of gas etc.); there was not really a lot of customer service and no paperwork that we could get that confirmed the truck had been delivered in good condition.

Gerard VWhen (time) they open on Saturday morning's. The website said 10 am and the guy told me 11 am. Either way, when renting a trailer, so people can move. They should be open earlier, at least by 9 am, at the latest.
Neil SWorkers were rude at drop off. We were given instruction on where to drop off the trailer. So it was dropped off where instructed but apparently it was blocking another vehicle. One of the workers watched while I unhooked it from the car. But instead of letting me know, he waited until I went into the facility and then proceeded to “scold” me rudely about the way I dropped it off. Why didn’t he tell me, while he watched, before I unhooked the trailer. I assumed everything was ok. This was rude and humiliating. And I even ended up moving it, by myself, to where he wanted. I have never been treated so rudely by a uhaul dealer. Help and kind service go a long way.

barbara kCould not drop off at location intended, was told they could not take the equipment, was sent to another location where I was told the same, at the third location was told just to drop on a lot next door. When I asked for a drop receipt I was told they will e mail me one once its checked in, the drop location was small with only about 10 peices of equipment, I recieved the e mail 24 hours later. The equipment I rented was only a 4x8 trailer. NOT IMPRESSED.

Miranda LThe one tire was low and the light was on indicating that, i would think if it was checked they would have done something about. The box was filthy with some kind of powder stuff like cement and got all over my furniture and anything else I had in there. It was very hard to get off. I am not happy with the whole deal and would certainly use a different kind mover next time.

CLAYTONC PThe dealer told me I could of gotten it cheaper if I would have brought it back to the dealer I rented from and we have several trips to do to move everything up to NewLiskerd. Also we were given the wrong address to drop our trailer off. Was told to bring it to the petro Canada but it was the Esso location. Might want to update that information.

Caralyn AIt was quite a difference from Brian’s help in Almonte - this guy just didn’t seem too interested, he instructed me to use his phone to take the gas gauge, which I did, then returned his phone then he gave the phone back to me and sent me back out in the yard to take a picture of the mileage. Not a big deal but had me rolling my eyes. I would still recommend uHaul
Nancy AThe van was a mess. There was masks and fries carton on the floor behind seats. There was cigarettes in the ashtray and marijuana small pieces where you are suppose to put coffee or water bottle. Also, there was no light in the cabin.

Mark JTook nearly 30 minutes to pick up rental despite doing the pre-check-in online beforehand. Employee overcharged debit card when picking up the rental, offered cash refund when returning but not without first suggesting I take the refund as snacks from their convenience store.
Terry PThe inside of the truck was dirty. Someone had smoked in there and ashes were everywhere. We had to disinfect and clean prior to use.
