When I went to rent/reserve the U-haul car hauler the lady behind the counter, after maybe 15 min of trying, couldn't figure how to do the forms necessary for my renting the car carrier thus she called someone and handed the phone to me When I went to pick up the car hauler on Apr 17 different person, same experience - tried for a while before calling someone and handing the phone to me No assistance hooking, no one came outside when I was attaching trailer to my TahoeHobson G.

The manager at this location was top notch. We have not rented from U Haul in a long while. We did not understand some of the procedure, this was a busy location at the time, and I know we must have asked some pretty stupid questions, but this man was very professional to the point that my wife and I went back to find him the next day and thank him, but he was not on duty this day. This individual represented UHaul and himself perfectly. VERY worthy of emulation!James H.

Sat on side of road with blow out for 6 1/2 hours repeatedly having to call back three separate times and then when they finally showed up they had wrong size tire! Had blow out at 8:10 am and finally got fixed at 3:45 pm! Not very good serviceCorey S.

Checking in was strange. I don't believe that was the fault of the location, but UHAUL's. I did the online reservation and check in, but still had to go through the process all over again. That needs to be better.Clayton J.

The mobile app wasn't working when I returned the truck. I went inside and the person at the counter had the same issue but took down my info.Adam M.
I was charged for some other equipment that wasn't part of my order and I haven't gotten a refund despite several complaints.Adeleye O.
Though the equipment was clean and the location was convenient, the person that checked in the truck was rude. He was upset that I did not take a picture of the mileage and gas. He sighed continually as though he was being put out by having to check the truck in. Further he was mad when he had to walk the fifty feet to check the mileage. He was extremely lazy and the complete opposite of the person who initially rented the truck.Neil D.
I tried using the mobile app to complete the transaction, but ultimately when I went into my account and selected pick up the rental, I was forced to go to the counter. At the counter I was asked to provide all info I had previously provided on line. What should have been a streamlined pick up, turned into a counter pick up.Rick S.

I was dropping off my uhaul and he had no idea how to do the process. He had to call his boss and then we had to call uhaul it took 45 min to go through the process. In all of my experience using uhaul this by far was the worst experience. I have decided to hire a moving service rather than deal with uhaul from this point forward.Heather J.

This location is an authorized dealer. Clearer directions for mobile pick-up. Keys were not in lock box, and recommended number from uhaul did not work. So although it was after hours for uhaul, it was not for this location, so I had to go inside to retrieve keysChris W.
Ordered online. Needed a 17'truck. Completed my order stating that I was to travel 128 miles. Never did I confirm my location or see anything that stated that the truck needed to be returned to the exact same location for drop off. Next day at the new drop off location, I get a call from regional manager stating that he has reviewed footage of me agreeing to return it to the original location. The lady at the store just handed me the keys. She never confirmed anything! Ended up paying triple the price to move back home. Word of mouth travels fast. I will scream to the rooftops for all of my travel nurse buddies to use ANY other moving company! Never again!Kimberly H.

Great experience and Ken went way out of his way to help. There was a little mixup up on my request for blankets when I reserved them online with Uhaul and they were not delivered with our truck. So Ken made a special trip to Another Uhaul store and brought them to us at our home. Within an hour. Thank you Ken for incredible serviceâ€" even when the error had nothing to do with you!Mike W.

The U-Haul website has your truck listed as a 17 foot vehicle. So when I select it, I receive a call from U-Haul that it is not 17 but 15. Not necessary if the site was correct.Allen M.
