I rented a 26 foot truck several days in advance and they only had a 20 foot when I picked up. The two move helpers I booked called me at 7pm the night before saying they couldn't make it at 7:30 because they had two other jobs before mine, even though I booked it, paid, and confirmed all the same day (new beginnings movers). They said they could be there at 10 or 11. I cancelled and requested a refund of the $200. Still waiting please help. Thank you, RachelleRachelle B.

The associate informed me that I did not have a reservation at my designated time even though I was there 15min early. Also proceeded to charge me twice than what was quoted online even thought the miles was not included when I ordered the U-Haul online, which was not my fault, cause I found it weird when it didn't ask for my mileage. So now you guys have charged my credit card $236 for a $20 to rent and 40miles at .59 cents. Sooooo yeah I'm not happy and will be calling customer service to get this figured out. Having previously had a not so stellar experience at a different location, the regional manager took the time to reach out personally and inquire about the experience and how he could make it right! It meant so much to have someone just listen to my concern and want to make it right. He went above and beyond getting me another truck that was in much better condition and shape and personally took the time to stay in contact with me through the process and even the location owner reached out and was incredibly accommodating and patient during the time I had the vehicle. It was the best customer service experience I have EVER had and they have definitely made a customer for life! I can't thank them enough for making my moving experience so much less stressful than it could have been! I'm incredibly grateful for the amazing group of people that helped to make it right!Rebecca C.

There were four very poor services: 1) Business owner wife was busy eating and not even acknowledging customer for good few minutes 2) cargo van that was offered was not clean 3) cargo van engine light was on but when I told the agent, he said do not worry just drive. 4) I was supposed to return vehicle at 230 but they started calling me at 1pm to bring vehicle back, then when I returned vehicle at 210pm, without checking, they wanted me go back to check if all blank wrap are folded.Mohammad S.

This location had horrible process. First, they sent me to a van that was filthy and full of trash and nasty with the wrong keys. Then when I returned the van they just took the keys and did not send me the link to do the final walk though and provide picture proof of the van. Because of this the vender LIED and charged me for fuel even though I filled it up to the required file line! This is an absolute scam I expect a refund for the fuel charge. I have a receipt of the gas I purchased AT THIS VENDERS GAS STATION MIND YOU! So not only did he get my money for gas but he lied and charged me for not putting gas in there even though I did! I expect to be contacted and refunded by corporate as soon as possible.Ali K.

The checkout process was quick and efficient and the location is very convenient. The only issue we had was the truck was very dirty. We had to wipe it down inside because it was covered in mud and residue from drinks that had spilled on the center console and had not been vaccumed or cleaned. The exterior was also quite dirty. Also there was a cigarette burn on the center console. It is unfortunate that people treat rental cars like that. Otherwise it's a great truck, did good mileage and we would have been very happy if it had been run through the carwash first and had the inside wiped down and vacuumed.shawn H.

I rented a truck & auto transport from this location, when I picked up the truck the clerk told me he did not know how to attach the transport to the truck and I would have to do it myself. I told him I did not know how to do it either, he ended up saying he'd get his owner to attach it when the time came. A few minutes later my daughter walked into the gas station counter and noticed the clerk watching a utube of how to attach the auto transport!! When my daughter and I got into the truck the "check tire" light was on, we told the clerk and he said "not to worry it's due to the cold weather" (it had been snowing) the tires had snow around the bottoms and did not "look" low so we took the truck and left. The clerk called twice while we were loading asking how much longer it would be, I told him around 6;30pom. When we finished I called to left him know we were on our way, there was no answer or message. We drove to the location and it was locked up, all lights were on, while there at least 3 other people came in and tried the door. We left with no auto transport (I had already paid for it) I do not recommend this dealer or U-Haul as we found out the next day (at another dealer) the tire was 40 lbs low (should be at 80 lbs) it took 4 hours to get it replaced. I'm very happy nothing happened to us, we had driven 6 hours!Michele M.

I reserved a cargo van but it was not available when I arrived. They had a pickup truck available, which turned out to be a better option for me. The representative was very nice and great to work with. I've rented many cars over the years and understand that sometimes the class or size that you reserved is not available when you arrive for various reasons. With the shortages these days, I try to be more understanding. I'm glad that this location had a better option available for me and was willing to make the changes to accommodate me.COTY L.

Had to wait for 30-40 mins for pick up. Even at drop off there is no proper response. I had returned the vehicle within 1 hour after pick up and inspite of being present at the drop off, I was not provided the actual invoice with actual mileage etc. it's been more than 24 hours now and still didn't receive confirmation on vehicle return and final invoice.SIVA RAMA KRISHN D.
It was a difficult time searching for the UHAUL location, due to no official sign being up for the property. I was searching for a clear sign for the UHAUL to discover it was the convenient store in the gas station. I immediately drove the UHAUL to my destination when an individual advised me as I was driving the UHAUL door was open with property inside. I stopped the UHAUL and discovered the door was open and there was property in the bed that did not belong to me. This lets me know the UHAUL was not properly inspected for the next customer to take. The property (multiple blankets) were left at the drop off location of the UHAUL.Joshua M.

Fix your search engine to allow this location to get business. UHaul system and call center all advised when I was trying to rent that you were out of trucks due to renting everything to Amazon, UPS and FedEx. This location had trucks available to rent. Even when I requested this address your search engine attempted to redirect me to the Lewisville , TX and advised no trucks. UHaul is not being fair to a small business. The owner of the Chevron station location was super nice and helpful. His employee worked hard to clean the truck that UHaul hadn't cleaned yet. Great service at this location, pick up was very easy, gentleman assisting me was knowledgeable and helpful. U-Haul needs to update the trucks. The truck I got was in good condition, but did not have USB ports and was extremely loud to drive, could not hear the radio.Dennis D.
