Uhaul apparently had an e-alert for me from last time. Meaning they had some outstanding issues with my account which they didn't care to inform me about during reservation but only when I was about to pickup the truck. That's bizarre and disappointing, trying to corner the customer.

The service at the rental office was fine, but the van I rented had some kind of issue with the drivers side window. Even though it was closed, it sounded like it was open a little by the wind noise it produced.

For me would be the check out process. I had to make sure I was checked out with a phone call and I did not get a receipt. Still waiting on the receipt for the return. But the service I receviced was the best. Gracias
