This lot was disorganized and no one was there to remove the trailer from my truck. Had it not been for help from the neighboring business, I would not have been able to drop off. A vote of excellence to the shop in West Monroe, LA who replaced a flat tire on the trailer in less than 15 minutes.

Trailer was supposed to be at Nathans in Sylva. They didn't have it and sent us to Franklin. Franklin had a trailer that someone had dropped off the night before. Otherwise no trailer would be available in that part of North Carolina. After renting approximately 30 of these trailers from U-Haul, this will be the last one.

I went to the P/U location 3 days before I needed to get the trailer. I ordered the unit for the date I needed it without an issue, The Day I ordered the trl. I got an email from UHaul advising me it was cnx. I gave all the info requested and NO ONE told me that the reason was my car was to wide. I went back to the ordered location and they were unaware of a problem. I was then told to go 50 mi. away to get my equipment. We did get a different unit that worked for the same price but my MPG went WAY DOWN. I was unhappy about it but all ended well.

the trailer did not have running lights,and the brakes did not work .we had to get a hotel room becases the trailer had no lights to drive at night ....

Sign on the door said "death in the Family" I called for alternative pick up person, none given, very rude and hung up on me. I too have a schedule and people waiting. When you run a business you should have alternatives when emergencies arrive. Spoke to owner Nathan, whom offered no solutions, was arrogant and rude and also hung up on me with no solutions. Called Uhaul 800 #, was told there actually was a truck available back at Nathans and I was to go and pick it up. Had to call my ride back, go to new location 20 min away. The contact at the pick up also had a poor attitude, was rude and unpleasant to deal with overall. I would not recommend using this location in Franklin or Sylva NC for any Uhaul business.

Nathans was great but the way I finally got with your method of assigning a pick up location really needs to improve for me to use Uhaul again. I originally selected Cashiers for pick up. Then you switched me to Silva, NC and then at the last second you changed me to Franklin. I had also set up another pick up in Clayton, GA that you moved me to Clarksville, GA another 30 miles down the road. Not sure how you do what you do from state to state but Franklin, NC was the closest by far, 40 minutes from my home in Cashiers, NC rather than1 hr and 30 minutes to Clarksville, GA.

Truck with dirty. He just give me the keys and do not check anything. And I request to pick up the truck in sylva and you send me to Franklin and the place was closed and I wasted time

We were charged for 2 rentals at $29.95 each when we only rented for 1 day. We picked up at 9:00 am on 8/23/19 and returned at 6 pm on 8/23/19 ( the same day) Our recent states we picked up on 8/23/19 at 6:14 am and returned on 8/24/19 at 6:06 am. We were also doubled charged for SafeMove. It was suppose to be $14, we were charged $28. We will go back to the rental location today to have this resolved, however the man that helped us on 8/23/19 was not knowledgeable of how to process the rental, resulting in our actual release time of the truck was 9:30am instead of our requested 9:00 am.
