I want to know why you charged for gas where I filled gas before dropping. And also why you charged me for extra day where I dropped vehicle on same day. So disappointing that you charged extra to me.

It took them 20 minutes to give us the keys and the uhaul guy wasn't even there. They didn't show us anything or tell us how to work the truck at all
Delilah WWindshield wipers need replacing, and steering wheel is off probably needs an alignment! I also need my card refunded I was charged $78 for a $29 truck I went 4 miles all day

Ivan KOur truck was delayed by almost 2 hours and the customer service representative was rude and difficult.
Todd AMy experience couldn't have been worse. Was accused on not checking the vehicle in on time despite doing so. Owner was totally clueless. Wouldn't rent here again under any circumstances, for multiple reasons.
Justin PThe gentleman who helped us pick up our truck was very kind and helpful. My complaint has nothing to do with the location I picked up from, but U-Haul in general. My pick-up was supposed to be a self-pickup occurring before the location opened but when I arrived at my pickup time, my reservation had been updated requiring me to go into the store to get the truck (thus pushing my pick up time by an hour).
Don PThe NaperValue Cleaners location seemed to have U-Haul as a side business so they only had one van available to rent. Seemed risky if something went wrong with the one vehicle and no back-up options.

Manivassakam MThe Location Was Very Hard To Find, The Employees Barely Spoke English & Was Not Helpful At All! I Was Also Charged For An Extra Day Because When I Initially Made The Reservation I Told Them I Wanted To Drop The Truck Off On Rt 59 In AURORA! When I Began To Move I Called Uhaul Spoke To Someone & They Transferred Me To A Supervisor. After Being On Hold For Over 35 Minutes I Was Hung Up On. I Have Had A Terribly Experience & Will Not Be Using Or Recommending Uhaul To Anyone.
Julia WThis location has no problem at all, what has the problem is corporate U-haul!. Every time I tried to book in this location (despite that there are no bookings and the Van is free) someone from U-haul will call me to move my booking somewhere else. a couple of months ago they asked me to move to Aurora which cost me 100 USD extra (15 miles away) to pick up and return a 19.99 Van Rental!! and at the end they cancel my reservation loosing a hotel booking for 189.00 USD!! This time they tried to do the same as I was expecting it, but I was ready recording their phone call. They asked me to move the reservation a day earlier when there was no other booking for the Van through the weekend up till now Wednesday since last Saturday. I live very nearby and the owner of the shop confirmed that the Van hasn't moved since returned it. I strongly believe that they are trying their best to remove the business of the Van from that small dry clean shop and move the money where their managers wanted to fulfill their corporate KPI's screwing the customers at their own will.!!!
Mijail BI had reserved a dolly but one wasn't available and I was not notified until I arrive to pick up the vehicle. On the other hand, I returned the vehicle but had forgotten to pick up something and the pickup location allowed me to take the van again for the quick run. That act was much appreciated.

Laura LVery friendly customer service, the van was not too bad, maybe the renters before me was eating inside and left a sticky residue inside the cup holders and just a little on the dash board. Newer van in great shape. I would definitely rent from them again.
Audrey DThe interface on my phone needs improvement. There was a glitch at pickup that meant I had to phone and then email U-Haul. When returning the van, I followed the instructions to park the van, notify the people and drop the keys in the drop box. THEN, I was taken through additional steps that required the keys I had already put in the drop box.
John FHe overcharged me $10 for coverage when I told him I was covered by my own insurance. I left a message No response. I didn't think Uhaul would do this !!! Also he had No items, no furniture covers nothing!!!
Debra BThey "accidentally" didn't mark my return even though I received a drop off confirmation. I got charged an extra 972 for keeping the truck 16 extra days, I didn't. Huge mess how can you make a mistake like that?
