Very easy to make a reservation. The staff was very helpful in getting us set up. Will use this facility again.
JOHN WThe lady manning the office was all alone and had no Internet and was trying to do everything by her phone. Many people were picking up trailers as Punta Gorda had been flooded. She was fabulous super trying to help people as best she could.

MICHAEL MLee and Aaron(i think correct name) were very friendly and professional each time I have rented from them. This is the third rental and each time everything was clean, ready, trailer hooked up to truck and every thing was great. This business does a great job for U haul. Keep up the good work.

sami KTruck was smoked in and was not clean in the cab. The abs brake light came on. The brakes were not sufficient for the size of the truck. Called store and they apologized. Unfortunately we started loading truck due to a short deadline.

Jacqueline CVery upset about the system used for filling the gas tank after using the truck! Filling the tank full at the end of each use is easy and accurate. I was forced to estimate how many gallons to get the truck back to half full. Using your estimator I overshot by more than a quarter of the tank! That cost me at least an extra $25! I expect better from your company!

William HI picked my pickup location very specifically. I was coming from out of town to clear out my storage unit. I knew there was a U-Haul location less than a mile away. I booked a hotel room that was also close to the storage unit. The day before my pickup my pickup location was changed. I couldn't just walk over to pick up the truck so I had to change my pickup time to have help. The location was difficult for my gps to guide me to. They didn't have a lot of parking and the employees were trying to learn a new computer system so I had to wait longer while they tried to serve other customers. On the plus side the staff was very friendly and gave me clear information regarding my rental. Normally I wouldn't mind changes - but I had driven 10 hours the day before to get there, had a pick up plan and a packing plan. To have to rearrange my tight schedule because of a pickup location change was very frustrating.
KIMBERLY BPlease check all lights when booking up to customer vehicle. I was told my lights were all working, but in reality, my running lights were not when we were traveling at night. I got pulled over and given a verbal warning because I had no lights on the trailer. Turn signals and brake lights worked fine.
