JOSEPH SDON'T USE THE CELL CHECK-IN!! The location was great, he even went and got the U-Haul so we could get it Sat because he would be closed, it's the cell check-in that was the WORST!! This was the worst ever U-Haul we did! We did the phone pick up and it was a nightmare! We got there by 8:30 and pd for the U-Haul then as the location was closed that day so we had to do everything on the cell! Then next step they couldn't locate us on the location, we did everything and it wouldn't work, our movers came at 9:30 and they tried to get it working and could NOT, they called the 800 number and talked awhile to someone and then they said it didn't work cause we didn't check in at 8 when my email confirmation said 8:30 so they said they'd then have someone call us back in 20 min, it was way longer then that and it was like they had nothing on their scream that showed anything and ask same questions, then it wouldn't take a pic of me, then it took pic of front of driver's license and not the back, they got that working and by almost 11 am we could take the truck from the U-Haul place! We had an hour and half drive after everything was loaded and everything had to be unloaded by 5 pm and we had to pay their travel time too! This not only cost us waited time it cost us $150 an hour for these movers to sit and wait for us to get this truck so we pd more for the movers to just sit and wait then the cost of this U-Haul so $225 for one of them to talk to you to help us get this truck!! We should be refunded totally for this rental, NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH U-HAUL AND PHONE CHECK IN, NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS!! And they only had 24 pads not 36 as that's all they had at this location so that part needed refunded as well! Don't ever use their phone check-in!!
Brenda ZUpgrade the key lock system, took 20 minutes to get lock unlocked.
Samuel TI just found out they should of gave me my $100 refund but did not receive it at drop off and was not told by them to collect it.

WILLIAM CWhen my husband picked up the trailer there was a huge bulge in our tire. The guy told my husband there was nothing he could do about it and told us there was a place in monroville to take it and get it fixed. Worst experience of my life. I will never recommend him to anyone.

Shon BEvery thing as advertised only complaint is the fuel level. You get it with part of a tank and are supposed to return it with same amount. How the eco you know when same amount. If was full when got it and re5urned full there would be little problem for the user

UNION SBe sure your pads are in the truck before you leave, mine were not and I had to travel about 35 miles round trip to go back to get them.
Terry SRented a 10’ truck, however didn’t realize it did not include a ramp, I thought all U-haul trucks had ramps. This discovery was a little disappointing.
Stephen WI was charged for furniture blankets that I did not receive, we did not have any on the truck. I requested a dollie and that was on the truck.

DEAN SThe gentleman that did the transaction was very helpful and friendly. My only issue with the pick-up was that a vehicle wasn't available closer to my preferred pick-up location.
CLYDE VU-haul should arrange for trucks to be sent to place customer is, not force customer to go 25 miles (one way) out of their way to pick up truck when there is a u-haul business less than a mile away from customer.
