There was no bell or way to let anyone know that I had arrived for pickup. I had to wait in a very loud and hot open room (large fan blowing around hot air) until someone finally decided to come out of the office. They let me know that someone else did the Uhaul orders and that they were probably around someone. After another 5 minutes they finally went looking for the person. The person who did the check in was very nice and helpful.KAWANNA B.

The mileage charge is to expensive. That would be the only thing I did NOT like. .79 cents a mile on top of the $49 rental fee. That was a discount I was told for driving locally. It's normally .99 a mile. That's steep. My experience with the company representatives I rented the truck from was pleasant. Great location. Easy to maneuver Truck in and out of the parking lot. Truck ran good. Clean. Good gas mileage.Addys P.

However, your dealer in another location caused me undue aggrevation due to they checked in the wrong equipment which resulted me having several hundred dollars removed from my account and I have to wait for days to get it back.. Uhaul should have called me before they hit my account and verified that i did indeed do what they accused me of doing... this was unaccepatble. You had my phone number and it only took a call... you have all these robot dialers that could have asked me before you charged me.KIMBA B.

This was a very easy experience. I was having a difficult time doing the mobile pick up but went in and was assisted by Brian. He was so very helpful and provided excellent customer service. The truck that i was suppose to pick u in Shelbyville TN. was not available at the location so i was contacted 1 hour before i was leaving and informed me that the truck was not there. they gave me another location to pickup at. The back of the truck had fish aquarium stones all through it. There was 3 DVD's behind the passanger seat. When i stopped to put the fuel in it a empty beer can rolled out from the passanger seat.Marlyn B.

U-Haul should improve on the web site info when a customer finishes reservations regarding the inconvenience encountered as follows. Be sure to call the location chosen for pickup a few days ahead of time to be sure the equipment be available. The info on U-Haul.com does not warrant the combination of equipment and pick up location.Chih-Chieh Y.
I utilized the mobile check in but the phone number to confirm went to a voicemail that could not receive messages. I reserved a truck for 7am. They did not open until 8am. Mobile check in dud not work. When the owner arrived, I had to go through the entire process in person. Signing documents etc. Why provide mobile check in if the location prints paper out for signatures? Or if the only way to get a truck is to physically go in? No masks were worn, no cleaning measures taken. Overall, I'm not happy with the process. I will likely be charged the full amount even though I was delayed for an hour.Matt H.
