Caaron FI was overcharged for the mileage that I used, just to overhear that a team member that is no longer with them put the last mileage in. When I picked up the truck I completed online & the system didn’t allow me to do mileage on the truck, so I was never able to enter now I’m getting charged for miles I never used. Also, when I picked the truck up the code was already set on the lock to retrieve the keys “DINK” was the code. When I spoke with U-Haul that they told me I wouldn’t get charged to extend the time I needed, so I paid an additional 34.06 to keep another day, so when I take the truck back all of a sudden I’m charged $47 in fees. And a promised to pay was forged signed and completed on 9/16/2023 which i never signed. Overall they are running a very unprofessional office at this location. And I will be getting someone to look into how U-Haul is handling business, cause the extra miles that got added, and a forged signature is a little much.

Jared HForgot the dolly we paid for and told us it would get credited at the drop off point but the drop-off dealer said that he could not do it they can only be done at the pickup time so we would not receive a refund for the money we spent on the dolly but we never received... very disappointed in the service.
