I was pleased with my storage experience there. Nice people, clean, secure facilities, close to home, good price, good location, good value for the money, very punctual about letting me know several days in advance when my next payment was due. I would use them again if needed, and would recommend this place to anyone in southwest Springfield.

Great storage facility and staff, only reason I left was I found a closer unit to the house that's much closer. I highly recommend My Storage.

Friendly staff. We appreciate the facility allowing us to rent our unit quickly. Unit clean and safe. Facility is also doing repairs like paving to keep it up to date.

DO NOT STORE YOUR PROPERTY AT MY STORAGE!!! there is a HIGH PROBILITY that it will be STOLEN.... Their video is worthless and they've known it for years and the crooks know it, according to the sheriff's Office. I've lost everything I owned, over $35,000 worth, and they have nothing to help me find out how this happened. Theives completely wiped out a 10x20 storage unit full of my personal belongings.... BEWARE!!! The people running this place have no clue and they don't care.

Please call me at 4176851807. This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a storage facility. Please, contact me about this. I can't get ahold of the facility and they're saying I moved out when I didn't.

My daughter cleared out my storage unit #162. She discovered water damage to boxes of books and office papers. I was so disappointed to learn of that, because I had thought the units were built better than that. Yes, I would recommend the facility to a friend, but would also tell of my experience with the damage to my stored items which are irreplaceable.

I answered “no” to question 5, simply because I do not recommend using storage units if one can avoid it. These days, there exists not a single unit anywhere which can be had at any rate that would be considered “reasonable.”

I had items stolen from my unit, they gained access due to the gate being broken. The thieves cut the lock with bolt cutters on my unit, took a brand new Tv and many other things. They did get them on cameras because they came back several times but in the process the thieves trashed my unit. My husband had just died 2 weeks before. I don’t believe the ownership would have called except a business that was also storing things on the property was vandalized, and afraid I might see it on the news I was notified. I would never store any thing in a storage place again. A hard lesson to learn.

We recently moved out of A&B storage for purely geographical reasons. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for clean, secure, professional, and friendly storage.
