They did not give me any instructions on how the unit should be hitched to the truck. It created an issue as the trailer jumped off my ball while towing. There should have been some form and instruction given.Harrison D.

The oil filter came out not even 24 hours after we got it. We used road side assistance and they told us it would be about an hour before we got there. Kept delaying. An hour of excuses and different stories later we left.Kiley R.

The location was one that had multiple businesses all operating from the same space, Uhaul, mechanic shop. The parking lot was crowded/congested and I had to have an employee move their vehicle just to get to the back of the building to park the trailer. The employee that I worked with when returning was very nice, and the highpoint of the check-out/check-in process. There was no guidance given on where.... "just somewhere in back". Meanwhile, the trailer was in a poor state as the surge brakes are shot and need to be rebuilt, and the wiring wasn't working fully on the trailer (brake lights/blinkers worked, however marker/running lights did NOT). Further, this isn't a fault of the establishment, but with uhual's registration software.... It's 2022, not everyone has multiple phone numbers these days. I had to provide my Dad's number, as my wife and my cell-numbers (which we've had for over a 15 years) were "not enough". It was not a good experience, Uhual.Eli F.

The owner of the facility was rude and unhelpful. Then when I returned overcharged me for my rental. Rented for 5 hours and tried charging me for 2 days. I finally got it fixed through uhaul themselves but I had to jump through hoops at the location first in order to get it corrected because they only wanted to give me $30 back when they charged me double in the first place.Brandi C.

The paper work has yo be online is HORRIBLE, very hard to connect online, takes a lot of time and is very hard on a small phone. Call in to male an appointment for help and d not get a call f or hours later. Not sure if the money savings is worth while I make the reservation, I do all the inspections of equipment, record fuel. It would be nice to have on all the trailers a leveling jack on the front to save you from lifting it up when you hook up or when you remove the trailer.Lester F.
the 6Ã-12 unit we got the door would not open when you pull up you had to everytime push against the door to make roll up. My husband has hurt his arm dealing with this, this unit needs fixed it is not useable and made our moving extremely difficult very upset. I feel we should have some kind of refund for bad equipment the location knew it was bad tooErika F.

I left that truck clean. Why do I have to pay a cleaning charge??? Just a reason to charge an extra $25.00???? I drove by My Mechanix, they had the back door open? Is that cleaning it!!!! $25.00 to open the back doot??!?? Please!!! No, I will never rent from them, again!!! How many miles did I use your vehicle, I will check the mileage, for 152.00??????? Great service @ pick up location. Great service at drop off location. This is the fourth 26' rental in the past 2 years. All trucks preformed Great. U-(Haul has great vehicles. I was to keep this last truck 5 extra days to unload it while waiting on a storage unit to come available. This was no fault of U-Haul. Since this was my 4 th rental, a price break would be great on the extreme 5 days while the truck sit parked.FOY H.
Don't sell my email address so I get tons of crap mail. Our pick up location was changed last minute and then when we arrived our 26' truck was not there and we had to use a 15' truck. Over all the experience was terrible. But the place we picked it up at had great customer service and tried to be as helpful as possible.Cory P.

Nothing. We decided on this business because it opened at 8am. We rented the trailer, loaded it, delivered about 80 miles away and got back in time to return it before closing. Owner helped us hook up and remove. Thanks for great customer service from Rhonda also.nancy B.

The Trucks interior was filthy. There was dried mud on the floorboards. The windshield was dirty . The interior of the cargo area was dirty.JOSEPH M.
They wanted to charge me $20 to help hook up the trailer. So there is no jack on the trailer, it was very heavy for one person to lift and put on the trailer hitch. I also most could not do it. I should not have use my truck tire jack just be able to get it honked up. The person just said the the trailer was behind the building.Michael V.
