Charles DumasPas eu de 15pi a la bonne location, ont m’as donner un 20 pi beaucoup trop loin.. l’estimation du gaz étaient pas bonne yen avais trop et y’ont écrit au 3/4 pareil sans me rembourser l’excédent et ont ma charger le prix d’un 20 pi donc expérience de merde avec u-haul le camion était sale aussi c’était vraiment très ordinaire

Gervais Auto Dannick PlourdeThere was nothing to remove snow and ice. 1 - Having adequate equipment for snow and ice. 2 - Cleaning the truck before client arriving 3 - Start the truck to make it more comfortable if temperature is low. With all these, I would definitely recommand your company.

The pickup was made harder than necessary because of the employee's poor understanding of the needlessly complicated check-in system. They charge you 100$ extra if you pay by debit? And then send you back that money by postal service? I can't wait to see how long it tales them to send said cheque.

Alain BenoitThe lady was nice, but the equipment I hasked for the previous day to the ckerk (that called me to let me know that I had to go 30 minutes further to get the truck) was not there and I had only 11 blankets instead of 24. She told me that she had no appliance bogey and I had to rent a 4 weeled dolly... the appliance bogey was in the truck. The truck smelled cold tobacco disgustingly. She sprayed room perfume before we left, but it think it wasn't prepared/ checked when they got it back from the previous clent obviously... the truck had a lack of power. We did not like our experience and we will rent somewhere else for the future.

I thought the price would be lower and honestly that is one reason i try to avoid using the service. It would be good if u can offer more economically better options especially for people who need the truck to purchase material
Annalisa cannellaLe propriétaire du Musée Gilles Villeneuve nous a sauvé la mise. Il a été ultra compréhensif et est resté sur place hors heure d'ouverture afin qu'on ai le temps de venir chercher le camion. Par contre, jamais plus je ne ferai de location avec U-Haul. Tout ce qu'on a vécu en 3 jours est complètement impensable. Se faire annuler nos 2 camions la veille. Trouver des remplacements à 3h de route de la nouvelle maison mais qu'on doit obligatoirement retourner porter à l'endroit pris. Se faire changer l'heure du pick-up d'un des camions pour 4h30 plus tard . Donc devoir en retrouver un autre ( celui qu'on est venu chercher ici, ). Ajoutons plus de 8h au téléphone pour tenter d'avoir des confirmations. Ça été l'enfer et beaucoup plus couteux que supposé!

Marina WagenknechtI was really disapointed with the online reservation website, I made a reservation for a 20' truck near me in Yamachiche Qc, it was available online, so I made the reservation 1 1/2 week in advance. 5 days before moving time, Uhaul in Berthierville called me, not Yamachiche!! to tell me the 20' truck I reserved was not available before 5:30 pm!! and that I had to pick it up in Berthierville not Yamachiche, 20 miles further from my moving place. A real joke. Luckily the staff at Berthierville's Uhaul helped me a lot to accomodate me with a 15' and a 4'x8' trailer, but I had to lend a pick up truck from a friend to put all my stuff in for moving. NEVER AGAIN I'LL MAKE A RESERVATION FROM YOU WEBSITE, YOU FUCKERS OVERBOOK EVERYTHING AND WHEN IT'S TIME TO HAVE THE TRUCK IT'S NOT EVEN THERE..............
