Cheng hThe location and the folks working there are great. My big complaint is the UHaul App which I used for self-service return. The process for taking pictures is really frustrating. After I take the picture and click the check mark, it stays on the picture mode. I had to press my phone's "back" button several times to make it go back to the app so I could continue. After struggling to upload 6 pictures of the truck, i went back to the app and pictures were gone? I had to load them all again. What should be a 5-6 minute process took over 20 minutes! Brutal experience. Please fix!
SHEUAN CThe owner does not care about offering service nor do they care about customer service. I called and said we will be a little late in returning the truck, they said they will have to charge $50 for late return as they have another customer waiting. I called customer service the next day to verify and there was no other booking at this location. In other words, it was a made up charge at 2.5 times more, Furthermore when I returned the truck, I parked it in front of the store as instructed earlier. He came out, I saw him drive the truck out back and that was it. On my receipt, he charged me $50 for cleaning instead of the late fee which shows it was a bogus charge to begin with. This guys are crooks!

Feng GI had to stop in middle of my move and come back to move my car because the building manager wanted to tow my car eventhough there was no signage anywhere to show no parking or restrictions. No parking signage should be clearly posted otherwise it's uninforceable. It was a waste of 1 hour trip, gas, and km on my part. Not renting from this location again. Dissatisfied.

Trixia GVery disappointed with having to go with the 24/7 program as I specifically wanted to avoid having to check in online. I reserved at a location that was open at 7am so I could book-in with a person. I was notified by uhaul a day before pick up that the truck we reserved was not available at our preferred location and we would have to check in online because the new location, which was an hour out our way, didn't open until 9am. I also wasn't made aware that i would need my rental agreement and my passport in order to pick up the keys. Thank goodness uhaul doesn't actually verify the documents because i had no other choice and uploaded blank pictures in order to get to the next step of the online check in. This was majorly disappointing and stressful on moving day when under serious time constraints with ferry reservations etc. Uhaul should really look into this process and make sure when a reservation is made for a specific location, that the vehicle will be there for them

I'm not sure how to improve on this, other than to say keep up the good work. I have rented from this location a handful of times in the last few years and have always had the same positive experience.

MAHESH KI tried booking U-Haul from multiple locations but could not find it due to high demand but U-Haul representative at Munchies helped me to get the truck even during heavy demand. Even their service was amazing.
Arman MPickup was fine but returning was not smooth. Highly upset the way we were treated by the only Indian guy working there. He made us wait for good 20mins & it's just the way he was treating us . Was completely polite when dealing with white customers. Horrible customer service.

JACK WI had very bad experience with Uhaul and i will not recommend any of my freind for this location for the bad service and rude employee.he didn't explain for me that i should pay money on every km i drive he just said i need to pay for 3 hours 50$ + the gas and when i went to give back the van he let me pay 126$ for 2 hours .

Arash GExtremely slow to process me. At the end I returned it with the same amount of gas on the print out sheet. I told him but he did not want to inspect, then proceeded to charge me for fuel for Kms driven and a cleaning fee. Scammers. Do not go here.

I talked to the person at the store when I returned the vehicle but all he said was to write a comment and UHaul will not charge. This is ridiculous, absolutely crappy customer service. Will not recommend anyone to rent from UHaul

Bingjie SThe 9 ft van we rented was fairly new and only had 4000 km on it. It was not labelled "uhaul" on the van but that's ok as it was functioning well with working ac and a back up camera in the mirror. When picking up the van, driving out of the back parking lot was a bit tricky since it is a long van and the parking lot is a bit narrow, but we were instructed to turn the van around and drive forward going out, instead of trying to back out of the lot with limited vision. It would be helpful if the rental location reparked the vans foward as a courtesy, so renters could exit the lot easier. Overall nice location and the female staff member who helped us was friendly and professional.

Alireza SThis was the worst experience that I had using a rental car. The van was old and was falling apart. The cabin smelled like chemicals! The app for the self-checking was awful! I feel the money that I spent was wasted and will never use U-haul again in my life and also never suggest it to any friend or family!

Leslie LMy experience with the pick-up location and the employees who helped me was fantastic. However, I am very disappointed with U-Haul's gas rule to have the vehicle be returned with a quarter of tank full. There is no way for a person to be able to accurately fill a gas tank to the quarter mark. They will inevitably go over, adding more gas than is needed. This method ends up costing some customers more money on their rental and other customers saving money who then don't have to fill up as much gas. The vehicle I rented was used as the gear truck for a Scout Camp. Not knowing how much mileage the van gets on the litre and not wanting to be stuck somewhere unable to find a gas station, I filled the truck up. It cost $120 and I only ended up using $50 worth of gas. That's $70 that The Scouts of Canada, a non-profit organization, has to pay out for something they didn't use. Funds that should be going towards food and camping supplies. At the very least, the vehicle should be rented with 3/4 tank full so the person doesn't have to worry right away about getting gas. We will definitely be looking at other companies and options for future camps.

David BI returned the vehicle over 2 hours early at 6 pm, but was not given a final receipt with total charges until 9 am the following day. Receipts and totals should be available upon return of the vehicle.
Nathan HGreat location. Good staff and the pickup truck I rented was very new. So relieved to drive something like that with a backup camera. Push start and Bluetooth audio were also good bonuses. Very smooth ride and great turning radius. Only negative is the parking/return spot is behind the store and is a bit tight. It fits perfectly, but if you want to be safe, it'll take a few corrections to get it in, while returning it. The uhaul van is next to it and probably equally challenging to park.
