Driver side front tire was nearly flat (36 psi on tire that calls for 120 psi). No on site air compressor and they didn't know about the problem until I pointed it out. Was told to go ahead and take the truck and call the 800 number for service when I got home! Told me to take truck across the road to gas station with free air (compressor broke when I got there). Found air at third place I stopped and pumped tire to 70 psi (max pressure available).

The guy at this location was not responsive, hardly answers the questions and provided van has dog furs in it and asked him to clean it but he just sweeped it with broom and dog furs were as it is, didn't vacuumed it. I was in hurry so instead of arguing I took the van, vacuumed the van by myself and used it. Not good experience.

It was actually the second place I went to drop off the uhaul, the first location that came up on my mapping was no longer a uhaul dealer.

Second time using this location and it's always been an excellent experience. The gentleman working (the owner maybe?) made an effort to accommodate me from the time I called til the day I picked up despite me not making the pick up time I requested. Recommended to a friend who used this location and will use in the future.

Note that this location closes at 3:00 PM. U-Haul confirmed my requested pickup time of 4:00 PM and I could not pick up on my scheduled day due to the closing time. No fault of franchisee.

I forgot the guys name at the counter and it bothers because he was friendly and very knowledge about his job. I asked for the wrong truck at the beginning but getting everything refunded and set back up was no frustration to him, we talked and he smiled during the entire time of the process for him. Dropped off on Sunday so no one was available. The after hours check-in using the online process of capturing images and submitting real-time went vary smoothly.

Appointment was for 10am. Had to wait 20 minutes and that put us behind on picking up our appliances. Ordered a small pickup and ended up with a small box truck which was ok same price. I wish a dolly was included like it used to be?
