I set up a reservation, showed up on time and the rental was not there. I was not notified beforehand. Then, in order to fix this problem, I was sent to another 3rd party to get another rental, further away and putting a time constraint on all previous aligned plans...great. Good news, is I was awarded a $50 refund for the trouble. Then, I get the rental through the mobile app, kinda easy, get the job done and go to check the rental in. I get it back ahead of schedule, with the SAME AMOUNT of GAS in it, as I received it at! Guess what? Even though the photos of the instrument panel for pre-rental and post-rental show, the increased miles and same gas gauge reading...I was charged $83 for fucking gas!!! yeah, not a fan. It was late, I was tired and using a smart phone at night to check in a rental...I was not interested in fighting the charge right then and there. Reasoning...I will contest the charge later, with the evidence I was required to give in order to even pick/drop the rental.tony L.

No one at the location for the drop off. There was no info as to where to leave the trailer and appliance Dolly. Another customer who used the sight frequently told me where to leave it. Had to continuously follow up via text to be sure they found it. Poor business practice.David D.

Front right truck tire was extremely worn; bald. Trailer tongue was bent down and to the right. This put more weight on front trailer tires resulting in blow-out of one of the 4-ply tires. In my opinion only 6-ply tires should ever be used on a trailer. Then, road-side assistance took SIX HOURS to show up and effect repair. Quite a poor response time.Christopher D.

I was told I would only be charged for one day rental because my return time was after this location was closed. As long as rental was returned by Monday morning it would be just one day rental. I was charged for two days and precharged for 60miles upon pick up of rental.Chasity A.

The truck I got was dirty on the inside. It smelled like smoke and had a Christmas tree fragrance thing hanging from the rear view mirror. The pickup process was not simple and I wasted 35 minutes of my 4 hour block. I tried to talk to the man inside and he was quick to put his finger up and tell me only one customer I'm the store at a time, he would help me in a minute. He actually experimented to stand outside. I reserved a truck and trailer. Both were ready, but in different locations, delaying my starting time. The reservation system failed me by changing pick-up locations twice after my reservation was confirmed. I called to confirm my pick-up location but was left â€œon holdâ€ for ten minutes, three times! â€œU-Haul Customer Serviceâ€ is a contradictory phrase.LINTON E.

My rental equipment was on E, reserved dolly 30 days in advance had none, and gave me the wrong size trk.
