Answer your phones so we don't have to wait one and a half hour to cancel truck drop off on weekends . your trying to scam people out of $20 dollars by not answering your phones. it's not the rental place that's to blame but uhaul.elizabeth C.

I will be contacting the store tomorrow, but was charged for 3 days when I only had the truck for 6 hours. Also the process to rent a truck is not very user friendly, took almost an hour in the store because the very nice person trying to help me simply could not get the transaction to go through.Courtenay B.
The cab of the truck was very muddy. also, this was not the location I reserved my truck from, but it was the only one that actually had a truck when I needed it. It was not convenient. Lastly, I had to call five times to finally talk to someone who sent me the right link the do an online check in.Patricia R.

Trailer was clean, but had a very, very foul odor. I rinsed the floor inside with a mix of pine-sol and water and hung a couple car tree air fresheners to eliminate the smell immediately after picking up the trailer.Francis K.

Although I had contracted to drop off at one location, I was given a different location to actually drop it off. When I called to discuss why, I was told,"because they don't need the truck there, they need the truck at this place."DAVID J.
Reps were not friendly and seemed like I was a burden to them. The trailer they assigned was old and rusty. The door was difficult to open/close/lock. I sprayed lithium grease on the moving parts when I got home and it seemed to help.LEO E.

The young woman who check me in was very helpful. The older man who spoke to me on the phone and when I first arrived for the truck was a jerk. He claimed I probably wouldn't get my truck (when I called to inquire) and that the one sitting in the lot that day was not mine, when it was. Keep him away form UHaul customers. He is the most negative, unhelpful human I've met in a long time.Patricia D.

Tammy- she single handedly saved this rental for you. I was late for my pick up- she called to check on me (worried). My 24/7 no contact online check in for ease and convenience didn't work at all- she tried to call me while I was wasting my own time and let me know I could come inside. I didn't answer but got her message later. I'm getting too many spam calls so my ringer is off- but she tried. I came inside, annoyed and she knew that and reassured me right away that she is being very careful with everyone's concerns right now- she applied hand sanitizer BEFORE we started, she sanitized my license and debit card before returning them to me- the pens to sign with were cleaned. I couldn't be happier with the care she showed me. When the computer process started frustrating her she called her manager right away for assistance instead of poking around with the thing more than twice. She was perfectly polite, well spoken and obviously caring and competent. She is an asset to the company and you should keep her close and treat her at least as well as she treats your customers. Our area is very "country" , many of our neighbors are older folks and I can see with how frustrated I got with the online system how many of her guests would be upset to start with- she really knows it and kept me calm and easy thorough the whole thing. The contract was explained to me clearly and she did above and beyond to make it right for me, I will be back and I'm telling all my friends. It's hard to find great customer service lately. Tammy made sure I was happy and safe. 5 stars for her- Thanks.Jennifer M.

I had no assistance from anyone at this location. I had to hook up the trailer with no help. and the tail lights were inoperable when I left this facility. The tail lamps needed a better ground which I Accomplished by using a jumper cable from the trailer to my truckStephen W.

Had no other equip. accessories to rent and when asked about the wheels o the trailer there was chunks of rust flaking off with bald tires I was told take it or leave it. Not Very friendly atmosphere I would go elsewhere. Thank God our trip from NC to Az was uneventful.Al B.

Once again, the problem was with the Uhaul internet website. When I turned the trailer in, their website was down. I guess their system now knows I turned the trailer in, but I do not know.Ronald U.
I went in to the office but there were nobody around. after a while I walked around to find somebody. She told me to back up the trailer behind the gate. They did not come out to help unhook the trailer, lady had a very bad attitude. I will never use this location again. They are a very poor reflection of the Uhaul company.Milan B.

These people have a huge lot and still gave me a hard time about leaving the auto transport. I did not select a drop off point because I'm not familiar with the area and this location was near my destination. Also, I'm not going to pay any additional charges. U haul needs to work on the locations not wanting to accept returns!FRED D.
