Location appears to have double charge us and gave us a vehicle that had not been properly inspected. Vehicle had a faulty stem valve on the drivers side rear tire, which should have been fixed prior to renting out vehicle.Adam A.
Truck smelled of very strong cigarette smoke and they tried to cover it up with air fresheners. When I went to return the truck on Sunday late morning. no one was there and people were waiting to be helped. I parked the truck off to the side and a older Hispanic man took my keys through the gate as I told him I am returning the vehicle. I get a charge saying I dented the vehicle and caused burn damage on the passenger rear bumper. I don't know what happened between the time I parked the vehicle and they finally received it. So next time i will just wait in the heat for someone to help me so I can hand it off to them and do a proper post inspection.Afton P.

I reserved a Pick up, LETS ALLOW THAT TO REGISTER. I didn't get a call and I did waste money taking a UBER to this location. I had A number for someone who called two days prior and the week before to inform me that the pick up was not there. So I called the same numbers back to inform then that I did not get a call and I spoke to Michelle Charland. On all interactions with her in the last two weeks has been horrible. On 03/29/2022 I called her and she started interrupting me as if I was supposed stop talking. I continued speaking since I was being interrupted. Michelle started yelling Ma'am over and over until I returned the same treatment. We yelled in that phone since I am not her child! Respect is given, IF I GET IT. Since she didn't like that she disconnected the call. She hung up for not being able to be rude! Isn't that some shit. It takes a lot of nerves to pull the stunt she did and now I have filed a complaint with BBB and the TCM. Her mgr. I was stuck at the Uhaul place now on the phone with Anthony who didn't help DO NOT HAVE HIM CALL ME EVER AGAIN. I am blocking his number, he was no help. I had to get something so I had to get the Foot and mentioned my $50 guarantee and Janet pretended to now know what it was. Then she did. INTERESTING! Janet tried giving a DIRTY VEHICLE. She cleaned it because I asked and had I not, she wouldn't have minded me sitting in someone's filth. I didn't wait I called and called to get what is due to me and I have approval now and getting ready to receive $50 from 05/27/22 and now another $50 from 05/29/22. The truck was crap and it squeeked, with lots of damages and some they new about but didn't mark them with an X. I will not be held liable at all so I got a video of the truck and janet had to bring more stickers to place on the damages she ignored and she ran out but hadn't finished marking the damages. I did not get the vehicle I had reserved, was promised that mileage rate and paid the higher rate anyway. I refuelled before returning but was charged for not refueling. I also returned a after hours but could not log into the website for the after hour return. So I was charged a total of 69$ over the quoted rate. Not happy!Randy H.

They tried to take a pic of the back of the truck to show a cup n gave me a $25 cleaning fee , when only thing I used truck for was furniture. Couch, 4 beds, 4 dressers , 2 end tables and a coffee table . The lady was very unprofessional and didn't even want to book my order to begin with. On top of that couldn't go in office handed them my dl n debit card . I used the truck n drove 7 miles n charged me $101 is straight ridiculous. I use uhual all the time . This location doesn't offer parking I drove my car to pick up a pickup truck thinking like any other u haul I can park my car and get it when I drop the truck off but no I had to park my car in a shopping center and walk back to the location to get the truck rental the facility was super dirty location also felt very unsafeCheyenne B.

My original reservation alerted me that the truck I reserved was not actually available but found me a new truck. I went to pick up said truck and no one was on site. Called the original number and sent me to a 3rd location. Staff was very rude, did not do a walk through with me and did not provide the equipment I originally requested. Also wanted truck back in 6 hours which was not enough time. The truck itself was not clean, was not well maintained and the check engine light was on. Had I had the luxury of time then I would have taken the truck back and complained. All the mix up already cut into half the day that I took time off work for to move. Then once returned, there was no where to park the truck and the website was not working to give me a confirmation of return. Took pictures of what I left and where I left the truck. Now the location continues attempting to charge my card again for over the amount agreed. I have never had such a bad experience with U-Haul. Never again and I don't think it is right to have been charged what I was for this rental and equipment that I did not have.tammy H.

Truck was given to me on empty. Didn't even make it back down to my apartment which was literally one street light away before low fuel popped up on the dashboard. In addition to that the odometer was wrong, and when I tried to get a rep from inside the building to help me they wouldn't come out. I even honked my truck horn several times AND shouted for someone beyond the locked gate with no a response.Shanaye M.

No parking. No office. You have to talk to someone through a gate, next to a sign that says "masks required" and of course, no masks even though I had mine on. They wouldn't make an on-site reservation and said I had to use their mobile app. No Wi-Fi and app was too complex for Verizon to download, so had to go home, use my laptop and come back later. On a positive note, the woman who accepted the truck when I returned it, did ask if I needed a ride back to my car. It was only 3/4 of a mile, so I walked and got some fresh air.Robert S.

I needed a trailer to haul a motorcycle and this was the only location to have one available in LV. The staff were very friendly, and pick up and drop off were quick and smooth. Very tight parking but everything was nice and quickly done, so it didn't really matter. Would use again for sure.Kevin B.

Though the vehicle I requested (well in advance) was not available, I was able to get a vehicle that did work for me. It was rather strange that there is no office area to conduct business...it felt a little like an impound lot than a rental place...but all that aside, they were very nice and professional. Beware if you make a reservation online. Your selections (i.e. removing SafeTow insurance) will be added back on to your contract when you go to pick up your equipment and they will not make you sign for it. Disingenuous practices and ended up being overcharged because of it.Emilie-Ariel L.

The staff, and management were very friendly. With the pandemic happening, I was late on a few payments. They were very understanding of my situation, and were completely helpful in easing my stress during the difficult time I was having. There were a few times even before the pandemic, that I had to wait for someone for about 20 minutes to open the gate so I could get to my unit. Other than that, I don't have one complaint.
