The location looks like a post apocalyptic location for a zombie movie. We initially talked through a chain link fence. Then was given the 15' truck when I reserved the 10' one. I was told my pickup time I set online was 11.30pm instead of 11.30am perhaps that was my mistake. Hard to verify. one. I noticed the discrepancy on the paperwork that I was being charged for the 15' for 29.95. When I booked the 10' for 19.95. He said he'd give me the 15' one for the price of the 10' I was sent the invoice after I returned which didn't reflect this amendment. He told me they would change it. It's been 2 days and no change was made. Each time I call it either rings out or has a busy tone. At this point I won't purse being overcharged 10 dollars. It's not worth my aggravation. I'll just leave a bad review. Have it your way. Awful service. Avoid if possible.

The truck was high mileage. The drivers door has to be slammed to close all the way. The steering is very loose. Probably time for retirement of that vehicle. Staff was friendly and helpful. Tough location to park and they really should have a office upfront.

The location does not have ample parking for customers much less for equipment. To attach the car dolly to the truck we had to park park of the truck into traffic.

Fill your own trucks with gas. Have a place for people to wait out of the heat. Be polite when the customer is returning the vehicle and asks for a receipt instead of acting like I've requested the world.

I believe there was high crime in this area. Barb wire everywhere and no office someone just appear behind gate talking to me from line 20ft back.

At this location, I am relaxed, the vehicles if they have damage, they're properly documented and I never have an issue at the end. I don't think I will go to another location anymore in NV since I have tried that and I didn't like the service. This place is my go to place. Janet and Kellie are very sweet

Horrible experience! Janet was the worst ever. No customer service skills whatsoever. Made no attempt to rectify a flat tire with THEIR equipment and completely had no regard for the fact that I wanted no responsibility of the rim & flat tire that was placed in the unsecured rear of the pickup truck. Simply dismissed me and said "you need to talk to corporate!" Wow.....unbelievable! Corporate qas insensed with how she carried on.

The only reason I would recommend this location is cause of the worker Ouef (I mostly like misspelled his name). He has wonderful customer service skills, easy to talk to, helpful and was willing to take the time out to teach me how to use the equipment properly. In terms of safety that location doesn't seem like the safest spot.

We were going to be charged for unfolded blankets, so folded them. They charged us for not returning truck at 1/4 tank- we returned it EMPTY like we received it. Called to make claim on this charge and sent rep a photo. She was supposed to drop charges. Not sure if that actually happened. Overall, un friendly service at this location.

Location appears to have double charge us and gave us a vehicle that had not been properly inspected. Vehicle had a faulty stem valve on the drivers side rear tire, which should have been fixed prior to renting out vehicle.

Truck smelled of very strong cigarette smoke and they tried to cover it up with air fresheners. When I went to return the truck on Sunday late morning. no one was there and people were waiting to be helped. I parked the truck off to the side and a older Hispanic man took my keys through the gate as I told him I am returning the vehicle. I get a charge saying I dented the vehicle and caused burn damage on the passenger rear bumper. I don't know what happened between the time I parked the vehicle and they finally received it. So next time i will just wait in the heat for someone to help me so I can hand it off to them and do a proper post inspection.

I reserved a Pick up, LETS ALLOW THAT TO REGISTER. I didn't get a call and I did waste money taking a UBER to this location. I had A number for someone who called two days prior and the week before to inform me that the pick up was not there. So I called the same numbers back to inform then that I did not get a call and I spoke to Michelle Charland. On all interactions with her in the last two weeks has been horrible. On 03/29/2022 I called her and she started interrupting me as if I was supposed stop talking. I continued speaking since I was being interrupted. Michelle started yelling Ma'am over and over until I returned the same treatment. We yelled in that phone since I am not her child! Respect is given, IF I GET IT. Since she didn't like that she disconnected the call. She hung up for not being able to be rude! Isn't that some shit. It takes a lot of nerves to pull the stunt she did and now I have filed a complaint with BBB and the TCM. Her mgr. I was stuck at the Uhaul place now on the phone with Anthony who didn't help DO NOT HAVE HIM CALL ME EVER AGAIN. I am blocking his number, he was no help. I had to get something so I had to get the Foot and mentioned my $50 guarantee and Janet pretended to now know what it was. Then she did. INTERESTING! Janet tried giving a DIRTY VEHICLE. She cleaned it because I asked and had I not, she wouldn't have minded me sitting in someone's filth. I didn't wait I called and called to get what is due to me and I have approval now and getting ready to receive $50 from 05/27/22 and now another $50 from 05/29/22. The truck was crap and it squeeked, with lots of damages and some they new about but didn't mark them with an X. I will not be held liable at all so I got a video of the truck and janet had to bring more stickers to place on the damages she ignored and she ran out but hadn't finished marking the damages. I am not done with Michelle yet...

I did not get the vehicle I had reserved, was promised that mileage rate and paid the higher rate anyway. I refuelled before returning but was charged for not refueling. I also returned a after hours but could not log into the website for the after hour return. So I was charged a total of 69$ over the quoted rate. Not happy!

The staff, and management were very friendly. With the pandemic happening, I was late on a few payments. They were very understanding of my situation, and were completely helpful in easing my stress during the difficult time I was having. There were a few times even before the pandemic, that I had to wait for someone for about 20 minutes to open the gate so I could get to my unit. Other than that, I don't have one complaint. It was very secure, and always very clean.
