The store Werner that was dealing with me was amazing! It was quick and easy and the truck was clean and had gas. I would recommend going to see him for all your uhaul needs. Wish I would have got his nameHe owned Snowhit I believe in Moose Jaw Sask and I even got an ice cream after I return the truck. I paid for the ice cream but was one of the best ice creams I had.
Sherese GThis dealer was unhelpful when I dropped off the trailer. It also wasn't clear where to park the trailer as there were no other U-Haul trucks or trailers on site and there was no marked drop-off area.

Rebecca GTake responsibility for your shady company already. I have had the displeasure of using uhaul many times and every single time its a nightmare and a money rip-off. So thanks uhaul, for being the shittiest company I've ever seen. I tell everyone I know how much you are horrible and a rip off. At least this time you didn't change my reservation without telling me like you usually do, but then they charged me an extra $40 at the very end for no reason. Literally gave no reason at all.
KAYLA PInsufficient fuel credit for picking up a vehicle that was nearly out of fuel with the understanding that I would be bringing back with a quarter tank of fuel. It took almost double the amount to reach that mark. The uhaul agent said the unit was checked and ready, but a pair of sunglasses, a nearly empty 2L pop bottle and 2 empty coffee cups were found in the cab. The obviously incorrect receipt I was sent shows that the truck cost $0 & that I was given a $100 refund of the cash deposit amount and says that was refunded to my credit card. I contacted the uhaul support center multiple times and had numerous problems including a malfunction on the online chat twice that cost 30 minutes, followed by a phone call where I was on hold for nearly 30 minutes and was then told to call the regional office that closed 15 minutes earlier. When I called that office as soon as they opened they promised to call back but did not. Instead, they sent incomplete info by text, which required me to be on hold again for 20 minutes to get simple answers. After I was done with the truck I was put on hold for 50 minutes when no key drop location was found at the location. My offer to drop off at a more convenient location was rejected so the truck that was in high demand sat unavailable to others for 2 days.

Sherry BWhen we picked up the equipment, there was about 6 inches of snow that we had to remove for safety of other drivers and the individual indicated that there was 5/8 fuel in it but there was just over half a tank. We ended up adding more fuel than was in it when we picked it up. We dropped it off with 5/8 fuel in the tank.
Dennis MThe only good experience we received from representative of Moose Jaw location. It was our first time experience with Uhaul service. Unbelievable awful! We booked the trailer in Regina. They call us 2 days before and said " or you can pick up the trailer from Moose Jaw,or just cancel our order ". They gave us 1 day extra, that we didn't need absolutely! After I argued with the agent and asked to speak with manager, she said "manager is giving us $40 off and 2 days extra". Manager didn't even talk to us at all. Also,they didn't give us choice to pick "drop off " location. We supposed to return the trailer in rush our close to Downtown of Calgary location. Overall it was terrible experience !
Volodymyr SDisgusting service, the car was not cleaned, there was animal hair all over the car, I had allergies and I had to stop several times because of this. This is absolutely unacceptable at all and in the period of covid restrictions is generally unacceptable. If possible, I do not recommend using this parking lot.

Paige SThe location is in a area of the city that requires extensive driving on narrow city streets. No pull through results in parking on the street or blocking the entire parking lot. Dropping off here was unexpected as the storage facility I dropped my load at was also a uhaul location. Having no option other than that directed by uhaul cost me at least one hour of city driving when that could have been eliminated with a drop at my final destinatiin which was chosen because it is a uhaul location. Allowing the renter to choose a convenient location for dropping off would be a benefit.
Jeffrey CI will never use U-Haul again. The company as a whole does absolutely nothing to help their customers. Moving is a stressful enough period of time that you don't need a company that you have to rely on, pour fuel on the fire and make it worse. If you want to improve your company, introduce some new rules and policies to make this process more efficient and less stressful for your customers. Some easy examples would be - when a customer books a U-Haul a month in advance, make sure there is a truck in their city or town available and ready to use. It is absolutely unacceptable to send a customer to another city to get their truck. And if you HAVE to send a customer to get a truck from another city, pay for their gas (or at least the gas of the uhaul) and give them more than 24hr notice!!! Another great change would be to keep your trucks gas tanks at full. It's beyond stupid to have your customers guess at how much money it costs to refill the tank to where it was when they got the truck. Fill up your trucks, and have them returned to you with full tanks. SUPER EASY. SUPER SIMPLE.
Stephanie GWell they changed the address pick up location at last day then that location was closed then they sent me across the city to another location and U-Haul took the keys and then they sent me to another city to get a truck after fighting for 3 hours to get a truck and paying my movers to wait I finally got a truck worst experience ever trying to get a rental truck so disorganized company wow so unhappy then I get charged another 20 dollars after getting told I can drop it off at any U-Haul in believable wow so unhappy with my experience

Stella IThe trailer safety chains were too long despite being twisted many times to shorten them. This resulted in them being worn somewhat wen handed in in Edmonton. Proper length chains should be installed on all trailers.
Theodore Struck had a open pop can and bottle that was spilled all over the inside of the truck when i received it. store owner kindly cleaned it and it wasnt a problem.

Maggie FI drove less miles than my contract stipulated and I returned the truck with more fuel than the starting gauge was when I picked it up and I was still charged extra. I'm really not happy about this situation
William FMake sure equipment is checked before customer arrives to pick up. Right tire on cargo trailer was bald and bulging, had to take time out of my day to take in for tire change, which set everything back by 90 minutes. Not ok.

MARIEL CWe were booked to pick up our uhaul at the location in Regina, SK. When we arrived they told us the person who had the uhaul we were to pick up, had paid cash and did not return it. So we were sent to another location in Regina where we were told we would have the trailer. They no trailer there either. So the only location we could get one was in another city which was a 45 minute drive out of town one way. So we drove there, got our uhaul but it was 2 x smaller then requested and all they had available. We drove 8 hours to find out there was no trailer even available to us. This is awful customer service and uhaul needs to focus on customer service and taking peoples credit cards for payments to clients don't keep uhauls. I hate Uhaul!!!
Beverly KThe first guy to call us said he didn't have what we reserved. He then said if we travel 600klm round trip we could have what we want. Unexpected.he then said if we want a smaller unit there's one only 200klm away very poor service and he had no feelings for us and said we could just cancel I booked a week early to make sure we could have what we ordered. Very poor people skills the guy should not be working very very poor service

Hope SBooked month in advance, called me two days before moving day saying the equipment I ordered wasn't going to be available offered bigger size. (Worried bigger would damage our vehicle that's why we chose the smaller one) Filled out the online pickup info prepaid for easy pickup. When we got there still took 45 min at the desk, they tried to charge me another $80! Luckily I had my receipt stating I owed nothing. Glad I don't need this service again what a headache when we are dealing with a large move!

Very Poor Maintenance of Equipment, and not having it ready for pickup the auto transport was still cover with snow The Tighter ratchets for the wheel straps were seized up with rust. Which I drove to Moose Jaw from Regina. I couldn't secure my vehicle safely on this transport . Dispatch from Winnipeg was very helpful and arranged another auto transport at another dealer in Moose Jaw . Which the regional manager would of taken too long to get there and repair the first auto transport. The Truck was ok.

Margarite GToo expensive...online told 90$ when i reached there dealer handed over bigger truck which i was scared to drive upon cancellation threat he given me one size small truck and paid 176$ plus 44$ for gas that i filled on my own..upon return paid bonus 30$ as well. While i want to tow my car which dealer said not possible so left my car there and in total for 98 miles I spent 246$.. Never ever again!

Dustin MThe service was prompt, but the location in Moose Jaw is not ideal. The manager of the location also put the wrong drop off location on the contract. The cab of the truck was very dirty and had not been cleaned properly. The windshield was especially dirty.
paul hHave a wider variety of sizes available I had to make additional trips which cost a lot of money because I was unable to get the 17' truck I required. The people were friendly and helpful but a 150 bill for a 19.95 a day rental was exorbitant I am a single dad with 5 children and it was a much larger expense than I anticipated.

Oscar SMy only disappointment was that there was a price increase when I picked up the trailer. I was told that because I was taking it out of town it was classified as a 'one way' even though I was bringing it back to the same location. This should have been communicated when I booked online.
Joel MThe gentleman who helped me struggled language wise so hard to understand him. He talked) mumbled to himself alot so was hard to converse with him at times. He cared far more for the other customers of his 2 other businesses in the store then with me. He did not answer questions well or explain things well. On the phone he seemed to be rushing me to finish the conversation when I had important questions. I was not pleased with his customer service or knowledge or care at all. He didn't do a thorough walk through of the truck. He wrote down comments regarding damage that I was not told about (read them after on the slip). I asked if he could help me open the back of the truck and he said I don't know how and need to get back to customers. He finally did help reluctantly. He didn't know what a governor was for the speed of the vehicle as my driver wanted to know that. Overall I don't recommend this location and think you should think twice about keeping it as a dealer for your company.

James Wlots of engine lights were on in the truck. we were told in advance about them, but would be better if they were not on. would also be nice if the uhaul clerk was a little bit friendly.
