The trailer was dirty inside. I had to clean it to load it. The tail light was out on the trailer but since no one came out to help with the safety check I was unaware of it. The wheel bearing started sqeeling on the way back but we couldn't find a working number on the contract to call for advice. The trailer had to be returned to a dark side street since to site has NO Sunday hours and delays resulted it a high fee even though the Trailer was back on the sam business day to the same closed store. Additionally the only reason I went here was your website said it was the closest site with the xlcorrect equipment, that turned out incorrect as well. I will not likely rent from Uhaul again, and for the next year I will have recurring need. Other firms have the equipment its clean it works and they have better prices.

The service at this location was GREAT. Samantha, the young lady who helped me from start to finish, was very professional and very kind. My only concern was the area is a little run down. Thankfully their lot is secured by fencing. The gentlemen that support the office are high quality and very helpful. Overall, I had a very good experience with U-Haul and will surely use you again.

I originally booked my truck reservation to check in by smart phone. Boy, was this a mistake. The 24/7 check in process was time consuming, and now somebody in India has my personal info. My boss and friends were called by a foreigner speaking bad English asking about a truck rental.... Fun times explaining, much time wasted. LUCKILY, the staff at moore performance changed this almost terrible experience into a great one. I had expressed my disgust in the 24/7 check in process and they knew exactly what to do to make it right. Within minutes we had verified documents and signed the contract, and I was on my way; return was even easier. This is how it's supposed to be! I would not hesitate to book a rental DIRECTLY with these folks again, they're great - but by all means, avoid the 24/7 smartphone rental option

The after hours pick up process was very easy and quick.

Employees not helpful and whole experience was bad. Would not recommend this drop/pick up location to any one. This location makes a horrible name for U-Haul.

I was very disappointed, as I reserve the truck at the Grant Road location, which is less than half mile from my company. However, when I went to pick-up the truck, they told me the pick-up location had been changed to Moore Performance, which was more than 3 miles away. Being as UHaul charges $0.99/mile, I thought this was very poor customer service, not on Moore Performance's part, but on UHaul Management's part. Consequently, we will no longer rent from UHaul. We will instead use Penske truck rental, as I think they are a much better managed company.

I was sent to this location from the original drop-off location, where the owner told me he had no room for the trailer. That was a bit of a hassle, because when I got to this location, they seemed closed. Eventually someone came out and helped, and then it was fine.

When I arrived, I spoke to lady at the front about my appointment, she stated that since I had opted to receive msgs via text, everything was taken care of and I just needed to take the prompts from my phone. I discovered that when I got to my destination, no shipping blankets were in the cabin. I called Moore performance and the lady stated that they "would let U haul know to try and get those removed from the order." Not having the blankets caused some of my furniture to get scratched which I'm not too happy about. When I dropped off the truck, I drove less than the 60 miles I had originally estimated, but when I looked at the electronic statement, I noticed that I was charged for both shipping blankets and the entire 60 miles. Not very satisfied with this type of service and I feel I got taken advantage of.

On-line check-out was impossible to navigate by my cell phone, would not accept contract number, last name, e-mail address or phone number. Thankfully, there was someone at the business that was able to open up and turn vehicle in. Again, the utility of the U-haul app is very lacking and needs to be fixed ASAP.

In the pre-reservation email, clarify what will need to be done before you show up to check out your equipment using your phone. I didn't have location services turned on, so I spent a good five minutes trying to figure out how to proceed when U-Haul couldn't verify my location. Furthermore, provide an estimate as to how long it will take for photo/driver's license photo verification is going to take. I waited for eight minutes outside the truck before I could proceed. Perhaps make that option something you can complete before you're at the location?

Was beyond irritated that when we rented this U-Haul they would not let us return it at a different location than where we picked it up. We drove an hour and a half to pickup the U-Haul near where I was moving out expecting to be able to leave it at a place near my new residence, only to find out they wouldn’t let us do any other option besides driving the hour and a half BACK to return it. Wasted money and time.
