No help in hook/unhook. Wanted safe trip and denied it on paperwork so they didn't have to help. Parking location for trailers impossible to get in and out of

I had originally reserved one in Dumas, only to be called and told that I would have to come at 1pm or after because the guy takes his brother to lunch every day and takes a hour and half lunch. I was traveling from OK to TX and was doing a day trip. My husband suggested looking to see if Borger had anything and the woman that helped us did a Great job and cared. Kudos to her!!!!

Patricia AGreat customer service. The truck itself was very rough and noisy, so it was very uncomfortable. I had the seat raised as high as it would go and moved forward as much as possible. Still, I would barely see over the steering wheel - which was as lowered as much as it would go. The breaks were not smooth. The air conditioner did a great job of cooling the cab.

linda jFirst I'm a former employee of Uhaul, I originally ordered a auto transport for local use in Borger. The transport that I was going to get got canceled the day before, forcing me to spend additional 120 on one way.. in the past Uhaul would have brought an auto transport in from another location to meet their appointments. I guess company values have gone by the way side in the past 20 years.

ANDREA BBasic things such as a clean windshield and the floor vacuumed would be nice. I would have also appreciated a truck without a cracked windshield that partially was in my driver's line of vision.
Deanna FOnce we got the reservation at this location, the experience was good. The lady at the location was friendly, helpful, and extremely efficient. It was unfortunate that I had to make a reservation so far from where I was actually using the truck, however. My reservation had to be changed twice due to local locations that simply did not hold my reservation.
