The truck drove dangerously bad.

JOHN PMake sure the U-Haul doesn't leak water inside the box. Several things of mine were ruined.

Austin SThe cab was muddy as well as it only had 1/4 tank of gas. Outside of that, the vehicle looked great. The steering was very spongy and the motor ran very rough for a truck with less than 10K miles on it.
Bert HThey put return as a round trip instead of a one way, which was going to charge me bearly $500 extra in fees. When trying to call this location the phone would ring once and that's it. Impossible to reach them when you need them. Finally after making calls to uhaul, jumping through hoops the issue was corrected....
deborah dThe truck was parked in a muddy field and I had to use my personal truck to move it out to be able to use it. If I had not had a 4wd 3/4 truck truck, I would not have been able to get the truck out to use it for my scheduled move

Kamal MI would not recommend uhaul to anyone who is moving. I made my reservation way in advance. 3 days before my move they changed pickup location to way north of me when I'm moving south. told me I could not get the 26 foot truck I ordered. they gave me a 20 foot instead. I ended up having to rent that truck plus a 15 foot truck they had. not happy.
John wAll was good however UHaul charged me two different amounts on two different days. I only rented for one day. Called the location I picked up at and was told to call Uhaul directly.
Karyn MHad to call multiple times to get vehicle checked in for final receipt, when they finally checked the vehicle in it charged me for 6 days and only have the truck for 4 hours. Still waiting for this to get corrected.
Robert RYour app is terrible. It didn't show my reservations so I got a second and it freaked me wife out
JASON GI think the process was great on all fronts, no additional additions needed. I'm not sure I understand the need for three contact numbers, but it's not a bug deal.

Thomas CWe reserved a 26' truck and an appliance dolly for our move. Neither were available when we got there. We had to travel 30 miles away to borrow an appliance dolly, track down another truck from another dealer another 30 miles away, pay extra for mileage, start our move 3 hours later, and lose the time with movers - resulting in us having to move additional household later by ourselves.

Felix Rgreater amount of equipment to rent since they helped me solve my need but it was not what I was looking for, I needed something for greater load capacity and it was not available in the area
Felix RI don't know if inward just me not being used to driving a large truck? But the truck itself seemed to be very bouncy and the steering felt like It had a lot of slop. The truck was very clean and was also easy to keep clean. I would definitely come back again
