Sandra J.The gentleman at the desk who helped was extremely helpful and very kind. The woman who made the reservation for me was also extremely kind. The store was very well kept and the uhaul was clean and ready to go as soon as I arrived. I recommend 10/10.
JAMES C.The location and truck were good, but I also reserved some moving dolly's. I called them to verify the morning of pick up and they informed me they didn't have dolly's. I was left to scramble about how to move the furniture. I found an alternate pick up for the dolly's, but I had to drive to a different location which was an inconvenience and not in my plans. The workers were nice and courteous and professional, but the last minute changes left me stressed.
Dominique W.When we arrived a DAY early, we were told that we couldn't leave the truck at this location because they didn't “have room†for it, despite the fact they in fact DID have a whole parking lot. They wanted us to take the truck to leave it at another location. If we would have done this, we would have been charged an additional fee! Ridiculous! UHAUL clearly needs to get their shit together. We will NOT be renting from them any time soon after our shitty experience last weekend!

Price was different during the check-in process that I completed through my mobile device. A quick reach out to customer service and the problem was resolved. Other than that, equipment availability and pricing was straight forward. Gracias.

They acted like they didn't want to rent it to us. She was in a hurry to leave and went through everything fast. Will not use them again.

OMAR M.The owner of the store lied to us and told us that we did not have to return the truck at the same time the next day because they would be closed and it turns out that they we're open so they charged us for 2 days for returning the truck late. We will never rent from this place again.

NANCY G.The truck I used had some serious issues. I couldn't get passed 72 mph on the interstate. The Uhaul kept skipping on me and didn't run very smooth. I had a hard time passing semi trucks in the wind going 65-70 mph.

Thale G.The first trailer that I was assigned had bent and rusted rims with paint peeling off of it. The trailer I finally took had cracked fenders where welds were broken but I felt it was safe enough to take.
