No one was present at the location. I had to download the app and it did not work well: slow, would not accept the photos I was instructed to take of the vehicle, etc. The customer service people I spoke to on the phone were polite and helped as much as they could.
William Bthe truck was filthy. I cleaned it out but shouldn't have to do so. The renter before me should have been changed and the location should have checked it before I arrived.
