Lee was very rude on the phone with me when I inquired why he charged me extra and the math wasnt adding up. He more less called me stupid on the phone and proceed to tell me I cant be slow because I have 2 children. To "do the math in my head" he kept raising his voice at me when I was going was seeing why I was charged more than I was supposed to me. On top of that our ramp was jammed in the truck so we also couldn't use it. This was the worst experience I ever had and I will never go back to this place. Next time I'll use a Penske truck. At least they would refund me for this ridiculousness.

Conduct an inspection of the truck before the key is handed to the customer instead of sending a link to the customer's cellphone and ask them to conduct the inspection. The link expires within a few minutes, a call is required to have another link sent, and then there is no further instructions as to what to choose to get to the inspection sheet. So, inconvenient and time consuming. Also, notifying the customer up front that there would be an additional $20 charge to drop keys in a Key Drop Box after hours would help.

Fast check in when I showed up to drop off trailer.

When I dropped off my truck, the man working the desk opened his wallet to give me change and dropped a dollar. I picked it up for him and he replied - oh, you like that, make it rain make it rain, and mimed the act of throwing me dollar bills. Other than this horrifying incident, truck was great and the woman, Lizzie, who checked me in was a star. But I cannot recommend this place, especially for women.

Location was great. Using the online pick up was awful! The mileage was incorrect and thankfully I was picking it up during business hours. They were unable to correct the mileage, but made a comment in the chart so this made dropping the truck off an inconvenience as well because the system thought I wanted to enter a mileage lower than my starting. Again, thankfully I was dropping off at business hours and a worker was able to help me problem solve. There was nothing convenient about using the online system and would not recommend this to anyone or use it again myself.

I can not thank the uhaul employee there enough. I arrived around 1215. I made a reservation online and it gave me a 24 hour clock to choose my pickup time. It did not alert me of the closing time or made me aware of it as I saw hours of the store going until night time on Sunday. When I arrived even though they were closed the employee helped me. If he didn’t this would have been a huge inconvenience to me. I can not thank his customer service enough and I have come from a lot of customer service companies and we need more employees in our world like him. I hope uhaul takes good care of him as he is a dime a dozen .
