This almost made my whole rental experience so bad I vowed never to rent with uhaul again but after speaking with customer service I decided not to allow 1 bad apple to ruin my whole experience. This man was super rude, he acted as if we were interrupting his life. He wouldn't even check us in and after we tried to do self check in he was no help. He refused to refund our 100.00 saying I don't deal with any money, If you dont like it you can Always go to another uhaul and drop of the truck, knowing full well we have to drop the truck where it was scheduled....SMH, why ??? Horrible experience period!!!
Diana JThe key for the back wasn’t with the truck key, so I had to wait 20 minutes. Which ultimately put me behind my personal schedule. Luckily the guy was able to get me a key within 20.
JOSHUA CThis location lied about the gas in my vehicle. I paid $49 for gas and was charged again to “refuel” $67. I contacted uhaul and nothing was done. I’m assuming that shop owner is reimbursed for the gas so they lie about it to get extra money on every rental. I didn’t realize they did this type of illegal stuff so I made the mistake of returning two trucks there over the course of two days. Uhaul needs to look into this illegal behavior. I do intend to file a small claims against uhaul and this location.

Natela WReservation made at another location. When I arrived “guaranteed” reserved truck was not there. I should have been credited for additional miles I had to drive. U haul reservation system is terrible.
Dana DI signed up for the truck using your U-haul 24-7 app. When i arrived the app would not work and i ended up renting the truck from the owner of the business using the same reservation number. The truck I was given was a different truck than the one on the contract, which I discovered when I turned the truck in at my destination.

nancy sThanks to Chris (I think that was his name) for his professional help at Mom’s Smog in Apple Valley, California (Hwy 18) Everything went smoothly. Truck was great (AC wasn’t cooling properly), and dolly was readily available. Other than warm AC, there were no problems. Will definitely use this location again.
