Russell FThe U-Haul rep was friendly but there was no room for the small trailer but it was accepted. The rep told me to just drop the trailer anywhere and he would take care of it later. More help is needed.

Ryan HI love this location because the guys who work there are really friendly & they have great customer service. I normally dread going to uhaul rentals in other locations cause they treat u like crap. I get that they're busy but u can still do your job and not have a smart mouth with customers. They never have directly gotten rude with me but I've seen major arguments with customers & they act like u cant ask them questions cause they dont have the answers. But the location at Mom's Smog is so different. They're laid back & don't make renting a trailer or truck a major thing. Simple & quick. It's like a small town vibe.
Cassandra AThe shop I picked up the truck was so dirty and disorganized I felt I needed shower when I left The interior of the van was filthy, with a pile of I believe was dog poop. The guy working there was very nice. When I dropped off the van the attendant charged me for driving 17 miles over the projected miles, I tried to explain uhaul said they couldn’t have the van at the agreed location I had to drive additional miles to pick it up, probably 17 miles, he wouldn’t listen or look at the two locations to check on the true story. F you uhaul never again !!!!

Abel MUnhook the trailer for the disabled I'm in a wheelchair and had to get out and unhook myself instead of the employee doing it the place I picked up completely hooked up the trailer for me so higher level of service for disabled would be nice

Tami SThe personnel was nice but was busy finishing up with a customer so we had to unhook the trailer from the car ourselves to save time. I had to go back into the office to remind him we were waiting, about 15 minutes later and he did the walk around to make sure the trailer was in good condition and to check it in. That took about 5 minutes. He was the only personnel there so not much we could do.
ROSS CI got the track empty in fuel, I turn it in the same amount but still got charged . I have pictures of the fuel level when I pick up the truck

FRANCISCO PThis was an alternate location that Uhaul selected and they failed to inform me that they didn't open at the time I requested. I had to wait an hour for them to open.

MICHELLE WWorst experience. I had schedule to pick up truck on Saturday because I had paid 2 people to come help me move. Got to location and there was a sign on door saying come back next day at 9am. After being on hold for 40minutes, according to Uhaul it was the locations fault. Next day the location said it was Uhauls fault. I ended up with no help the next day and still had to pay. Customer service was like oh well. Never again

Antonio GVery helpful location..and associate. Love the hours, this helps to add workable time frame 8 to 6 is great, but 7 to 6 would help people to move more safely.
MICHAEL SRented the GMC 10ft box truck, ran great strong pulling motor, very comfortable inside ac/heat worked great. Used to move a king size motorized bed, perfect fit laying down flat.

Usman GThe location itself was not convenient as we drove 20-30 mins. in the opposite direction of our address this caused major time delays as our first location could not locate the keys to the uhaul. The location itself was dirty and dingy - well customer service proved to be helpful the uhaul had issues from the gas gage to suspension that made moving out of state very sketchy.
