I reserved a 20ft truck and since one wasn’t available I was upgraded to a 26ft truck at no extra expense to me. I was nervous about it fitting in my driveway but it fit just fine and It turned out that I really did need the 26ft truck to fit all my stuff, so it turned out to be perfect. The guy who rented the truck to me was very courteous and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I give this Uhaul experience an A+ rating! Thank you!

We had reserved a unit at another location via the web site. When I arrived there was no one in site and no 6X12 Trailer. I called UHaum and they tried to set me up with a trailer over an hour from home. I told them to cancel. We called around a located a unit on own about 20 minutes from home. We reached the operator, in Mocksville, by phone e and he came out specifically to get us set up with a trailer. He was some. We will definitely bring dealing with this location in the future should the need arise.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I was in a blind and needed a dolly quickly at 4:45pm. I was able to swing by shortly after 5pm when the place should have been closed and got a dolly quickly. It was a very smooth transaction and handled quite well. I will be using this U-Haul location again in the future.

I had great difficulty using the U-Haul app on my phone to obtain the rental. Luckily, an attendant was on site and I was able to get the truck in little time once he took my rental application in the office. I don't think I could recommend using the app, however, that has nothing to do with the service at this location. I've rented a truck twice at this location and it's always been a good experience. I definitely recommend this location!

Not wait till the last minute to tell me a different pick up address. Since i was on the road, A text would have been nice since i don't carry my damn computer around with me while traveling. I had to find out from the first pick up address. I paid some one to drive my car to the pick up and leave it. So i ended up making two trips across town driving a 40 foot Motor Home. I was not HAPPY.

Jordan was great to work with, very helpful and always responded quickly to any emails I sent. The truck was less than 3 months old. This took a lot of the angst out of travelling 4900 miles from NC to AK.

Jordan was absolutely great about explaining everything, making sure I had all that I needed, and that documents were order. He returned my call promptly. I don't know that there is anything to be done in order to improve the customer experience.

The problem isn’t as much the location as it is with the process. I did all of the on-line check in to speed up the process by it still took 20 minutes to complete. Why have on-line check in if it does not speed up the process at the counter.

overall very happy with the drop off, associate came out side when we pulled up and was very friendly, talked about the damages and showed him the pictures and because we got he insurance said we had nothing to worry about, quick checkout very friendly service.

This review is concerning the customer service experience. The representative that we spoke to while reserving the 26 foot uhaul and trailer assured us that the trailer would fit my toyota tacoma access cab. Moving plans were made and the trip from NC to FL was set. The day of loading and travel we went to get the truck and trailer, it was only during the loading of the uhaul truck that we realized that the wheelbase for the tacoma was too long for the trailer. After calling multiple times to uhaul and somehow getting the "customer service" representative to realize that the width was not the issue, we were told that they did not have longer trailers. They offered the wider trailer at the same pickup location (again, not going to help us). After calling in to uhaul for almost a week I have had no one return my calls. This is after every time I speak to customer service and am assured that I will contacted. This is not the way to earn business or keep customers. If you have another choice, please use it, we used uhaul because of the promise of the truck fitting on the trailer. We had found better rates elsewhere, but went with uhaul because of the trailer fitting the tacoma. On top of all this I was charged an extra $15 for fuel (not a big deal in the grand scheme of things), when I had the exact amount in it as when we picked it up. Picked it up...top of needle touching bottom of 3/4 mark. Same as when returning it. I understand if it does not fit on any of the trailers, but don't tell me it will to begin with only for me to find out otherwise after picking it up and having irreversible travel itinerary based upon my uhaul reservation.

My husband and I have used this facility several times and have always found the personnel to be friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Lady at desk was great. Nice with good attitude, but that is where the good experience came to a screeching halt! Older man (I guess the owner, as he was in charge) and young man (I am guessing his son) had bad attitudes, and did not want to help in any way. When asked about trailer, said had been checked out. It HAD NOT, as wiring proved to be botched up. When asked if they would help hook trailer up, said " You do it". Said it is easy> Was not easy as in bad position and hard to do. Hard for 71 year old man. When asked how to hook up wires, they said just plug it in. They would not go out to show me. When I tried to hook up, the wiring connectors would not connect! When asked what to do, said" go get a adapter!" I asked if they had one, they, in ugly voice, "NO!" you have to buy one. so, that meant driving with no signals or lights to an unknown store to try to find one when getting dark! Before leaving, I told them that I would report them to you. they got in my face (wanting to have a confrontation) and said "I'm really going to lose sleep over that!" At that point, I thought that they were going to start something ugly so I pulled away. When I did find a store and got the correct adapter (at a cost of 10 extra dollars( which I had not been forewarned of at U Haul place", the worker at the auto parts place found that the trailer wiring had been rewired at U Haul place and it was "Wrong"! When I put the left signal on, BOTH trailer lights "BLINKED IN THE HAZZARD MODE" which would confuse any car following. Also, one light did not work. There I was with a 250 mile trip to make, carrying a heavy load of furniture, with dangerous lights on trailer. (By the way, it was not my truck wiring at fault as it was brand new with factory wiring connector.) I really wanted to take trailer back, but dared not do it because of the experience described above, and was on a moving schedule with people waiting to load trailer. So there you have it, a terrible experience with bad attitudes, and worse service! I just hope something can be done to prevent this happening again to others! I have "NEVER" been treated with such bad attitudes, and bad manners by such ruffians in my life! All I can say is that I feel sorry for anyone that is forced to try to rent a U Haul trailer from them in the future!

Mr. & Mrs. Howell are exceedingly nice friendly folks. I have rented 2 storage spaces from them over the past year, rented numerous vehicles and tow dollys and purchased Home Heating Oil on 2 occasions. They always exceed my expectations and are very willing to work with me whenever I have an issue (late arrival for drop-off, late payments, last minute rentals and vehicle substitutions). Mocksville Oil & Mini Storage maintain clean, safe and secure storage facilities and offer premier customer service. I look forward to doing business with them each time I visit.

I was told that my cost would be $780 plus tax for the truck it ended up costing $910. That's an awful lot of tax. I asked to change the drop off location and they wanted to charge me another $150, Really??? This company is a rip off.

The gentleman that I requested the deposit back from after returning the truck was rude. He wasn't polite while explaining I had to get my refund back from the pickup location. He also told me to " dial it down" because while trying to talk over other people and noises I must have been too loud.

Was given a truck without a full tank of gas but they put on the contract that it was full when i got it. I was unfairly charged for fuel because of wrongful reporting of fuel level. I have pictures to prove it.
