The place is in the middle of nowhere. I was moved theee times within the day of my pick up. Totally out of the way. It's not the fault of this location, but rather the complete ineptitude of U-Haul as a company.Richard Y.

This pickup location was 17 miles from my chosen pick up. Got U haul text of change of location after arriving at chosen location. It cost me an additional two hours and gas to go to this pickup location in rural Austin. I had no choice since i needed a 6x12 trailer. And still had to pay full price. The people at feed store were GREAT. She was very knowledgeable about equipment and services. The problem that I had was with your website and your call call center. I was on hold for 45 minutes last night and never got an answer from y'all. When I tried to do live chat the lady Crystal told me to call the 1800 number. When I called they never answered. So it did no good. When I tried to put a new vehicle for towing the trailer it would not allow me to change the vehicle. So if y'all could fix these issue's it would be great.thomas S.
Everything was great, equipment was good, customer service was great, only downfall to the whole experience was having to do a reservation before picking up, I went to the authorized dealer and he said we had to do a reservation online, we couldn't just walk in and do everything there, so I had to pull out my phone and do the reservation and stuff which is not a big deal but it did waste some time in my opinion.JosÃ© Manuel P.
I reserved a truck a week in advance, found out that morning that pick up location had NO trucks while I had a paid loading crew at my house. Spent an hour on phone trying to locate another truck. Got sent to place farther away and still had to pay overage mileage fees. No iu interest in using uhaul again. GoRyder!James C.

MJ Feed & Hardware was a good experience. My original pick up location was TMT Auto Sales was horrendous. I had an advanced reservation for a 6x12 cargo trailer to be picked up at 4:45 pm on Saturday and I show up around 4:30 and am told that the guy is not there. An employee there provided me with his number and he didn't answer.l so I left a message. The employee then called the same number and he answered and was told that he didn't care and wasn't going to go back to the location. I called UHAUL and was given the new location of MJ Feed & Hardware and was able to get a trailer.Andres R.

Respect reservations. They didn't reserve all the dollies I needed. When I called costumer service, at first they told me that there was nothing they could do until I complained about it. Then they offered 25 extra miles so I could get the dollies somewhere else. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a famous and experienced company!ERICA N.

Truck was dirty when I picked it up. I turned it back in by 7pm but they didn't check it in until 8:56 and charged me for an extra day. when I complained I was given the number for "Jeff" the area manager, when I call I either get voicemail or someone picks up but does not say anything and then hangs up on my. Ended up nicely and they made sure I had what I needed. However! If I hadn't gone by first to make sure they had the right equipment, I would have shown up today (moving day) and wouldn't have had the right size trailer. For whatever reason the Uhaul website allowed me to rent a trailer size they didn't even have!! You (uhaul) should take better care of making sure certain options are available at certain sites.samantha S.

They were pretty busy but the guy didn't help us put the trailer onto the car at all and added the insurance without telling us it was optional. He didn't go over the drop off location and overall didn't give us the run down like usual when we use u-haul.Lacy Q.

Not a happy person due to having to drive an extra 50 miles chasing down the auto transport that was already reserved and they were closed. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW, I did not make a mistake, your transportation department did. I will give bad reviews on Uhaul not the place we finally picked up our reserved trailer from. I feel I got screwed, it took me the whole day to do what should have been a few hour trip. FIX IT NOW OR REVIEWS ON SOCIAL MEDIA WILL BE DONE MAYBE I WILL GO TO PRESS AS WELL.Joseph H.

I did not receive the cargo van, because the teller did not know where the keys where located! I was unable to move anything and I had to pay an extra fee to my complex because of it. On top of all of that I was still charged by uhaul for the rental.Jasmynn E.

When dropping off my truck there was no one to help me. Employee was on his cell phone and did not acknowledge that I was there (it was 10:30 am). After dropping off my truck I received an invoice for an additional charge. I call the location and the employee stated this was a mistake and it would be corrected. My credit card was later charged for the amount without my authorization! After calling the corporate offices for several weeks I was told I had signed a consent when I dropped off my truck. I never even spoke to anyone at the location. I requested a copy of the forms I signed and was denied. I have tried to call the drop off location several times with no answer each time. I will never use u haul again!Sara B.

The hard rain fall in Lockhart Texas made it impossible for me to get the 26" as promised. Body Shop Manager had UHaul trucks parked in a field. Poor management, planning and execution. Would not even recommend the body shop in Lockhart. ***** I will not use UHaul again. Very, very bad experience. Truck had 140,000+ miles.....shimmied down the road. Pulling to the right. They are just starting and can't get new equipment dropped off. They were glad we happened to drop it off there so they can have one extra piece of equipment.JAN T.
i submitted my rental online. when i went to pick the truck up the employees had no idea how to do anything! they actually told me that they weren't renting the trucks yet. I explained to them that I had already rented it online so they gave me their store phone to talk to someone from their home office. After a 20 min phone conversation he resubmitted my reservation on the phone, and I was able to get the truck. I never received any kind of paperwork. when I returned to take the truck back another shift of employees were working and also informed me that I couldn't drop the truck off there because they didn't know what to do. i explained that i had rented the truck earlier from that location and needed to turn it back in. The employee just told me to leave it and he would figure out what to do with it. I received the truck with 1/4 of a tank of gas and i only put 11 miles on the truck. Before returning it I put $5.00 in the tank which should have been plenty. well my receipt came via email, and my $29.00 uhaul rental turned out to be $79.00!!! i was charged $38.00 for fuel! I called the gas station and the employee informed me that in the paperwork that I received it would explain that charge. And that when I turned in the truck I initialed a form stating that I understood that if the truck wasn't returned with the exact amount of gas then I would be charged the fuel fee. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY PAPERWORK NOR DID I HAVE TO INITIAL ANYTHING! If i had known that I think I would of put an extra couple of dollars in the tank to avoid the $39.00 fuel fee... The employee argued back and forth with me saying that I should have the paperwork blah blah blah and I told her that I didn't get anything because nobody knew what they were doing. so she gives me the number of someone else to call. (probably just to get me off the phone) Needless to say, I'm still waiting to hear back from this man to get all this straightened out. I seriously doubt I will ever get a call back, but I gonna keep trying. So, the moral of this story is if you need to move borrow your neighbors truck... don't get one from here!jane N.
