The mileage was 7000 miles higher than the app indicated and the app failed to update the pic of the odometer. This was a self serve pickup and the we called but they were not able to adjust the mileage on the phone but did not it in the file

I was charged for gas when I returned it with more than was in it. car quest is a bunch of crooks. never getting any thing from them again. it had 169 miles to empty when I received it and had 235 miles to empty when I returned it. I took pictures so what are you going to do about it.

We reserved this unit and when arrived they hadn’t processed it from the last rental. It took longer, it had the hand truck in it which took away from our space to move things and sticky floor in the back.

They added insurance without my permission! I have USAA I AM FULLY COVERED!! this was a change to what I reserved online! I rejected all upsells!!! Ripping off a vet should be criminal!

The app did not show that they did not have an appliance dolly. I had to go to another location to get the dolly. Had I known this I would have rented at the Troy U-Haul location.

When I made the reservation this location wasn't listed online as a return location but I've drove past it for the past 10 years they wanted me to drive 40 miles to Troy or 50 miles to Williamsport. But the location is very nice and the people friendly

Price gets high quickly $30 truck got to be 160 easily with just traveling 80 miles. Not sure why the small trucks went up to 1.40 per mile same as the big trucks but the are never available it seems.

The gas cap was off and hanging. When I went to get fuel as it was a little below half, I noticed it hanging there right before I left the uhual place. I found wrappers and the front driving area needed some cleaning. Otherwise, I'd suggest that someone maintain the vehicles better.

When additional equipment that is reserved is not available, I would expect to be contacted prior to arriving. No furniture pads? No appliance dolly? Charged for insurance that I clearly declined during the reservation process. Check engine light on.

Ken was great to work with at Mitchell's. U-hauls customer service on the other hand was very rude and a nightmare to deal with. They moved my reservation 30 minutes further away and would not speak to me as to why. Thankfully Ken was able to get me a truck at his location for my move.
