Employees were very helpful in explaining what was needed for my move and assisting me in loading it.

I was charged $14 for insurance I declined online. Also, there was a spot in the truck that if you stepped on it started to open. Everyone unloading the truck stepped on this spot (basically right in the middle of the floor) at least once. Not ideal when your hands are full. The guy that helped us with our rental was great. Very nice and customer oriented.

We actually rented the truck from wellsboro office. Mansfield took it and then made us pay the gas mileage. We rented in wellsboro because we were just moving from one wellsboro house to another wellsboro home. Technically we only moved about a block. I truly feel I should not be charged for the mileage.

The representative hooked up the trailer , took pictures but didn't screw down the trailer to the ball. I did check it down the road before something happened. He put my family and other people on the road at risk. As a note he was pushing me to get insurance which I declined . Everything went good but i would not go back there.

This facility closes at 2pm on Saturday and is closed on Sunday. I returned the truck earlier than expected at about 4 pm Saturday and there was no one there to receive my truck! Luckily I was using Truck share and just returned the truck through the app.

This location was amazing even called them the day before because the first location we picked up from didnt have this as a drop off location owner was so great gave us his location and was great at drop off!! Will definitely do business with him again!

Just prior to me leaving, we discovered my wiring was bad on one side. They actually took the time out to help me fix the issue and ensure I got off safely. Super place- its why I love living in a small community.

Cigarette stub left in ashtray in what was supposed to be a clean, non-smoking vehicle. Definitely not a sales oriented owner. He barely said 2 words, to me, never looked up and couldn't care less we were there, although he gave us an extra 100 miles free which I appreciated. Needs a personality!
