DARWIN TU-Haul system was down for +1h on March 15 around 11:45 to 1PM that I was unable to pick-up the truck that I made the reservation and impact me because I had to pay the team for 1h that I was uncappable to used and also in the app the return time decrease 1h (9:06PM) that supposed to be 10PM because I reserved for 10h period. I was very disappointed for this, other than that everything was good.

AGIM BThe u-haul smelled like marijuana and also the e-check in process was too slow. I only received 4 hours of rental time when I paid for 5 because the stupid check in and return process was so slow. Terribly inefficient with very poor instructions on the front end. Would have saved a ton of time if U-Haul communicated ahead of time the necessities and allowed one to upload pertinent information ahead of time. The location was fine, nothing wrong at all. But I won’t use this service from U-Haul again with how poorly I was communicated with.

Richard AWe rented a U-Haul 10' Truck to move storage units and had a great experience at the Mr Kwiks Service location in Naperville. The selection was plentiful and the truck was pristine inside and out. The only issue we had was due to the app requirements, which were not smooth, but Ken at the office helped us upgrade our van to a truck and get everything set. We had a friendly and professional experience with Ken and enjoyed talking about "old Napervile" back in the day. We'll be happy to rent from Mr. Kwiks Service again in the future.

Diana CEverything went pretty seamless except I wish the rental agent would have advised that if the trailer was dropped after hours, I needed to follow online instructions instead of saying just drop it in the same spot. I had to go back to take the pictures required for online drop off.
David HI have been to Mr Kwiks several times. First time, thought he was having a bad day (not friendly), second time...took forever, only one person working and it was busy and now this last time was the cherry on top of the cake. I will not go back!
Todd RThe inside of the unit had only one rail which could be used to secure the cargo. The floor level hook on the passengers side was missing. The back door looks like it was charred by a fire, and the black soot got onto my leather furniture.

DeVia WReturn lot was a mess. I wasn't sure where to even pull in so I parked and went in the open back door to get some help. Was yelled at by the attendant for coming into the shop, where he was standing talking to the USPS man. Very rude and unprofessional.

Kevin MDear U-Haul Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at the U-Haul location at 669 N WASHINGTON ST, NAPERVILLE, IL, particularly on July 29th, around 8 am CT. I regret that I did not get the name of the personnel who attended to me, but he was the only person present during that time. I must say that the service provided by this individual was extremely unsatisfactory, to say the least. He exhibited a level of rudeness and aggression that was completely unwarranted and not at all befitting the standard of customer service I expect from U-Haul. I had hoped for a more polite and customer-oriented experience from U-Haul. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. No hidden fees to get on the back end…very factual and simple (the way it should be!) to get assistance renting a UHAUL , The person at the desk was exceptionally helpful and I would recommend this location and UHAUL to anyone in need as myself.
