I have been to Mr Kwiks several times. First time, thought he was having a bad day (not friendly), second time...took forever, only one person working and it was busy and now this last time was the cherry on top of the cake. I will not go back!Todd R.

The inside of the unit had only one rail which could be used to secure the cargo. The floor level hook on the passengers side was missing. The back door looks like it was charred by a fire, and the black soot got onto my leather furniture.William G.

Return lot was a mess. I wasn't sure where to even pull in so I parked and went in the open back door to get some help. Was yelled at by the attendant for coming into the shop, where he was standing talking to the USPS man. Very rude and unprofessional.Jeff B.

Dear U-Haul Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at the U-Haul location at 669 N WASHINGTON ST, NAPERVILLE, IL, particularly on July 29th, around 8 am CT. I regret that I did not get the name of the personnel who attended to me, but he was the only person present during that time. I must say that the service provided by this individual was extremely unsatisfactory, to say the least. He exhibited a level of rudeness and aggression that was completely unwarranted and not at all befitting the standard of customer service I expect from U-Haul. I had hoped for a more polite and customer-oriented experience from U-Haul. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. This is a handy close by location and it was easy to check in and get our receipt. However, they provide no service to park the trailer and we were told to put it in a specific spot on the lot that required backing it in, which we found very hard to do even with a number of tries.Judy W.

Honestly, this location has served us so well for so many years- this has been the location where we rented to go back and forth with college as well as having the business relationship with storage at Indiana U. Print out contract and go over it with client at the vehicle. Show them on contract what the mileage is and then show on odometer in vehicle. Show gas tank on contract and in vehicle. Transparency is everything. Don't be dishonest. It's shady as hell.Amy C.
