Disappointed in your return mechanism, ie; computer based requirements to up load pics and condition of truck. WTF is your recommendation when the system is down, not allowing download of pics and information to prove all is correct,, to include fuel level, etc! I tried to conduct your turn in requirements, but as luck would have it, your system was jacked up! So your company charged me an additional $20 for being unable to upload required pics! Not happy!

Louis SThe truck was decent. I was charged 0.99 per mile plus $30 for the rental , plus $30 for gas when it needed to be at the half but it was left at 1/4 that isn’t $30 worth of gas. So I was charged $115 total for a 3 hour rental. I can get a better quality truck for less . I won’t be renting again.

Richard SThere were a few issues with this drop off location. I rented a truck and auto transport trailer. I dropped the trailer off a few days early and the lady working in the office there was not very friendly. A colleague of mine actually noted that she was grumpy. I’m not sure if I’d say grumpy, but she was wasn’t very conversational. Then on the day my truck was due back, it was pouring rain. That slowed the unloading process and being disabled, it made using the ramp more difficult. I called and advised I was not going to be there before they closed at 1pm. The lady I spoke to was Glenda. She was very nice and accommodating. She assured me it was on, and she was not going to charge me for an extra day. She also advised not to use the online return app system, and that she would take care of entering the return come Monday morning. Well, that didn’t happen. Late in the day Monday, I received a.receipt for a late charge. On Tuesday I called and inquired. I spoke to a different woman. She ultimately waived the late charge but then told me the truck was returned dirty. She said she could see I tried to sweep it but it wasn’t clean. I explained that it was pouring and that I swept the truck, including Mom’s Attic” with a whisk broom, also with a push broom and finished cleaning it out by blowing it out with a professional great Stihl backpack blower. For what it’s worth, I took photos before I returned the truck and it was not dirty. I was left with the feeling that this place was going to buckle and dime me into paying something. Well, after being told I didn’t do a good enough job cleaning the truck out but seeing I tried, she was kind enough to not charge me the cleaning free. I was thankful for that, but what a process. At the end of it all, she asked me to leave a Google review. After the go around over the late charge I wasn’t supposed to get charged, the cleaning fee I shouldn’t have been charged and all that being waived (thank you God), I now feel like they were trying to buy a good review by not charging me the disputed charges. I love U-Haul products and services. Will I use U-Haul again? ABSOLUTELY! Did this leave a bad taste in my mouth? ABSOLUTELY! There are U-Haul rental places all over the place. Next time, I’ll try a different one.

JOE DThere were a few other dealers closer to my home but they did not have any utility trailers based on my online seasrch. But any future rentals I might make I will probably opt for MIni Wheahouses of Lexinton based on my past good experiences with them.

Rear door was difficult to close, the rear ramp came off the track, the lock on rear door was very difficult to lock, window handle was missing a piece so it was difficult to roll the window down, steering wheel was out of alignment. The truck managed to get the move done but it was not as smooth as it could have been.

Bonnie WOnline, this place said it closed at 4pm. After moving literally ALL day, I RUSHED to this location to drop off before they closed. However, this didn’t matter at all because when I got there at 3:45pm they already closed and locked their doors. Naturally, I was exhausted after moving, so I was not in the mood to have to deal with the self drop off, after my self pick up went so badly. My irritation at this location increased after the self drop off took 40 minutes because my app would not load. Had they actually closed at 4pm, I could have been in and out in less than 10 minutes.

ELIZABETH QGlenda saved the day! The 15’ truck we were supposed to get was filthy - had “vegetable oil” spilled in the back. It had been cleaned supposedly and had blankets covering the floor. Since we were picking up brand new furniture this concerned me. The cab of the truck was also very dirty! Glenda ended up letting us have a different truck which was immaculate and did a great job! Check in with the App was painful......
