Seems to be a pattern that “store manager” when I asked to speak to the owner, he refused to tell me anything. I will tell everyone I know that’s looking to pick up/drop off a truck to go elsewhere go elsewhere
damerky ramosThe online process to pick up truck was really bad. I never received the code to unlock truck to get key. The process to photograph my id was awful. I ended up going into the center and changing process from online. I wouldn't recommend this process to anyone. I was extremely disappointed.

I appreciate the kindness and quick response time.
Brittany DanielI have been using U-haul for over 20 years for all my moving needs, when renting I was aware that I had to maintain the gas/fuel to the level that I received it and bring the truck back in the same shape that I received it. That is why I buy insurance. This is the first time that I was charged milesage in addition to the rental of the truck and insurance which made that renting the same amount and taking a moving co. I am not sure if all U- Hauls locations maintain this way now. I checked my recent rentals and I wants charged. Bery disappointed.
Nili UribeThe drop off of this vehicle was the opposite experience of the pick-up. Tobin assisted us at the Tampa location, and he was extremely professional and kind. Several people walked in while we were taking care of business and he was kind to all, and you could tell the other customers had dealt with him before and they were very kind and willing to wait. You can tell Tobin is a people person and is a very good representative for U-Haul. I would highly recommend this location!
Christy CzarzastyI was charged for gas when I had brought the vehicle back with a little more than when I got it I drove maybe a total of 5 miles and put in 2.5 gallons of fuel yet still got charged. I also did not need to use the dolly which the seal was not broken. The Manager was very amicable but she dropped the ball some on this one

VO'SHON BURTONTruck was set up and ready to go. The uHaul 24/7 process was a little unclear. I did the online check-in the day before and still had to wait 7 minutes while my check-in was being approved at pick-up. It would have been helpful to be able to load the DL images and a secondary contact number at the online check to streamline the pick up, especially since I had a crew waiting on me.

Angelina LopezTook 3 I repeat 3 different attempts to rent a 10ft box truck. My adventure started at 1:30 pm at this stores location. My cc to couldn't take cash and cc to couldnt do cc&cc the helpful young lady sent me down the street to the other uhaul store to be told couldn't find reservation in system then couldn't pull it and that I had to call customer service. Called the person I talked to( my apologies I can't remember his name ) I was all ready upset and asked him to please transfer me to a supervisor and he did was on hold for 10to 15 min give or take and was answerd by a click and nothing called back and a young lady answered ( time 6pm) explained to her the situation .now all my help that I had at 130/3 pm are now gone and have their own things to do and it's getting dark and colder and with just a hint of light rain now it's 730 and the only truck available is across town my fiance finds one at the original store and where I had time and people I requested due to all that I was going through if a little help the 15ft would have allowed me less runs back-and-forth and I would not have left so much behind and when it was close to our return time we called and asked for more time and all we got is 45 min. As you can see by your records what time and condition ur truck was returned in. As you can see I am very disappointed and displeased with this rental. Your records show I have used ur service in the past in other states I will be expecting a phone call. As a manager and business owner. I tried to brush this off but at 2 am I'm pissed 8136830013.
Juan Cooperwas left with basically an empty gas tank. within 2 miles the low fuel light came on. So i had to put fuel in it right away which was kind of a pain in the butt. Other than that the experience was good.
