No exterior drop box, interior box only behind a locked door. I was advised by uhaul to leave key in their padlock returns. Multiple phone numbers for this location only lead to their answering service to open the storage unit sides entry gate. This location failed at their one job and shouldn't accept after hours returns without a secure and dedicated place to drop keys after hours.

I completely forgot her name, but the lady who was working on Saturday morning at Mini Mall was extremely polite and pleasant to work with. She made the experience extremely easy, and was very welcoming.

Colin OThe office staff was very helpful, but the overall experience with U-Haul was a convoluted mess. The website wouldn’t work, so completing my contract was tortuous (in fact, several duplicate contracts were made). And 3 hours after leaving with the truck I received a text telling me I need to take pictures of the truck and equipment before leaving the lot.
Joseph WAlso charged for blankets we didn’t use and the can was filthy and the person working said that is normal.
